The Wonder Vibe 1 is a small and discreet vibrator. Its total length is 6" with 5 of those being insertable. With a diameter of a mere 1 1/4", I feel the vibe is good for beginners, especially those just starting to get into penetration.

It's made of TPR, which is a porous material but also phthalates-free. It has a very smooth, matte look and feel to it. Unfortunately, it has a very strong and unpleasant smell to it. Using a condom with it might be a good idea for those concerned about its porosity and the smell. Always use condoms if you're going from a vagina to an anus (though I don't recommend it for anal use due to its lack of a flared base) or when you're sharing with multiple partners.

There are three pronounced ridges on the shaft that are noticeable during insertion and when rubbed over other areas. The head is meant to resemble the head of a penis, but it's not terribly realistic. I didn't feel the shape of the head while I used it.

There's a dial at the base that controls vibrations and those vibes require 2 AAA batteries to run them. It can be a bit awkward to adjust whilst playing, but I like constant, intense vibrations so it wasn't a problem for me. This vibe is waterproof but since it doesn't have an O-ring, you will need to make sure the base is screwed on tight.

The thing I liked best about the Wonder Vibe 1 is that the vibrations are strongest in the tip so it provides pinpoint stimulation. And these vibrations are *strong*. I was actually surprised at how strong they are. Accompanying that strength is a fairly loud buzzing noise (see video for demonstration). The vibe is too small for me to enjoy it internally, but it's great for clitoral stimulation. I found combining it with a larger toy for internal stimulation made for a delicious orgasmic combination.

You can use any type of lube you like with the Wonder Vibe 1. Cleaning the vibe is easy. Although you cannot boil or bleach it or even place it in your dishwasher, you can use hot water and soap. Toy cleaner and wipes are also good cleaning ideas, but just remember that the material is porous, so I recommend that you also clean it thoroughly with soap and water at some point.
