Juno sex toy review

After several weeks of regular use I started to really notice a difference in how much weight my pelvic muscles could hold and how long they could hold it... not only do I have a product that helps me strengthen my pelvic muscles but I also have a new shape to play with.

extremely useful review
I'm a firm believer in the benefits of Kegel exercises both for myself and my partners. I try and do the pelvic floor squeezes on a daily basis; at work, on the bus, while watching TV, in the gym. I've had several different vaginal exercisers products before; Ben Wa balls, Smart balls, egg and bullet vibrators but I hadn't found any of these as actively helpful as the Juno weighted pelvic exerciser.

The Juno is a really beautiful, sleek looking woman's sex toy made out of easy to clean Lucite. Its subtle light pink tint and internal metallic-looking weighted balls make it a perfect prop for sexy photos, much nicer looking than flesh coloured dildos. The packaging comes with lots of useful information including diagrams, instructions, and product care information. However I did find the instructions somewhat confusing. You use the Juno in a standing position, inserting one or two balls while supporting the other end with the palm of your hand. The goal is to slowly work your way up to supporting heavier weights and finally with no support. The guide says to start by inserting the smaller end but this seems counter intuitive as this end is much harder to support than the largest ball. But with a little experimentation it is easy to figure out what works best for you and then you can make your own exercise program and goals.

I like the fact that because you change the weights and the challenge of the exercises the more you use the Juno, your progression is more evident. After several weeks of regular use I started to really notice a difference in how much weight my pelvic muscles could hold and how long they could hold it. As I got more comfortable and confident with the initial weight I used more for longer periods of time. It's a slow process that is most beneficial when practiced regularly, I am still not up to the largest weight unsupported but at least I know what my end goal is!

I've always been a curious person and I love experimenting with new sex toys, exploring new shapes. As soon as I received the Juno the first thing I did was see how it faired as a dildo. I tried the smaller end, then the larger and that was very enjoyable; it's not all that long or wide but I was able to perform g-spot stimulation nicely with the biggest ball. Although it is not made or marketed as such, I wanted to see how it would feel in my ass. I found that the Juno made a good alternative shape and size to some of my other sex toys. For me this is a real bonus, not only do I have a product that helps me strengthen my pelvic muscles but I also have a new shape to play with.

Be careful putting a toy in your ass that doesn't have a flanged base.

This seems like it might be one of the better ideas for kegel exercises. I also agree that starting with the smaller end seems to make less sense.
