I popped these suckers in as soon as they came in the mail and then went out to do some errands. They definitely put a spring in my step since I could feel the subtle vibrations as I was walking.

Others have commented that the size was a little overwhelming for them. I personally didn't have this problem. Once they were inserted I couldn't feel them any more than you can feel a tampon unless I tightened my muscles around it. Even though it wasn't a constant feeling of fullness, I don't see this as a drawback. Moving around in my chair at work or walking around wakes these babies up and there's no forgetting they are in there. It is a nice subtle reminder to do your kegal exercises and gives you some nice stimulation throughout the day.

I read several places that many people wear the balls while working out. I actually tried this last night but for some reason while I was exercising I could barely feel the vibrations. They are always present when I'm walking around, but for some reason they seemed pretty inactive during my workout. I'll definitely give it another try next time and see if I get better results.

One of the major pluses of this toy is the easy in cleaning. After use I usually wash it with some hot water and antibacterial soap and set it out to air dry. The fact that the string is also coated in silicone puts my mind at ease that there are no nasty germs hiding out after washing.

All in all, it was totally worth the cost and much more appealing to me than traditional ben wa balls to start out with since these balls are attached to each other and have a retrieval string...not worrying about them getting lost up there.

This isn't going to be a toy that sends you into ecstasy with each step but is definitely a fun addition to any toy collection.
