These really lovely crystal blue glass eggs are intended to be used as a pelvic floor muscle (Kegel) exercise device. By inserting the eggs, singly or together, you squeeze your kegel muscles and reap many benefits which I will share in another section of this review.

In addition to using these for pelvic exercises, they are also great for temperature play with hot or cold water.

I confess my favorite use is to heat them, and then use them like a hot stone massage tool. Pure heaven.

And lastly, these are just simply so lovely and sublime, they are lovely sitting out as a simple decorative object.

This is two perfectly stunning crystal tear drop shaped glass eggs. They are smooth and flawless. Made from "superior borosilicate" glass, aka "Pyrex".

These eggs are 2 inches tall, 1.25 inches at their widest point and an easy and comfortable 4.25 inches around.

They are cobalt blue, and as stated before, the shape of a perfect tear drop. The shape and size makes them very easy to insert and comfortable while in use internally.

This design and relatively diminutive size, in comparison to other kegel exercise options, makes these a great starting point in your kegel regime.

They are pretty, very discreet and easy to toss in a purse or luggage and travel with.

This is a perfect starting place for those that are new to kegel exercise and using insertable kegel tools to work your pelvic floor muscles.

This is a very straight forward kegel exercising tool. I get in my "insert tampon" position and slide it in until it or they, depending on if I'm using one or two, settle past my pelvic bone.

They are very comfortable, not intrusive, but the subtle weight of them reminds me to flex and work my pelvic floor muscles.

Unlike the various types of balls, these do not rattle or shake, they are stationary and you do have to think about exercising your muscles, vs. the automatic contractions some of the other systems inspire.


They are smaller and thus a comfortable weight and easy to utilize shape.

As a practiced kegel-cizer, these won't be my first choice for kegel objects, but I do like to wear them when I'm going to be stationary most of the day. The weight reminds me to flex my muscles, and since I'm not moving they are not dependend on a ball mechanism that wouldn't be utilized due to lack of movement.

These are the easiest toys to clean; you can boil them, put them in the dishwasher, or use soap and water and your favorite soap or toy cleaner. There is nothing to it.

There also is nothing to maintain, just don't toss them onto tile or concrete and these hardly little guys will be a great addition to your kegel tool box.

These come in a high production value box with gloss embossing. The box shows the eggs on the front and on the back there are two clear plastic windows that also show the eggs.

The box is 3 inches wide
4.75 inches high (not including hang tag)
2.0 inches deep

The outside of the box on one edge explains in multiple languages the contents of the box (the two eggs), and also instructions and a silk pouch. Unfortunately, the instructions and silk pouch were missing so I can't report on them.

Inside the box is a clear plastic molded cradle that both of the eggs nest in. This box would be great for storage and would also be a very nice gift (I'm getting a set for a new mom I know, because I'm a kegel evangelist).

Ladies, I cannot reccomend doing your kegels enough. I work in a large women's health clinic and until I worked there, I had no idea all the horrible things that can happen to your vagina AND colon due to poor pelvic floor health.

Here are the reasons you want to do at least 300 kegels a day:

-your orgasms will last longer and be more intense
-you won't need depends when you are older, or live in fear of dribbling when you sneeze or laugh
-you will never have to wear a pessary
-and you will never have experience the horror of seeing your cervix or colon dangling out betwixt your legs

...and trust me, your partner will thank you too.

These were very comfortable to wear. They aren't as noticable as some of the "ball" type kegel exercisers. Because there are no moving parts, you have to think about doing the exercises, rather than having the toy inspire the flexing.

This is the perfect entrance to kegel exercisers, as these are a bit smaller and are easy to insert, clean and wear. Training kegel exercisors if you will.

While I wore them, the weight was felt in my vagina and reminded me to flex even when I was sitting.

When I walked around it stayed put and did not fall out. I was able to urinate without difficulty and it did not fall out or inhibit my stream like larger kegel toys do.

And one simple flex to expel when I was ready and these did just come out with their own weight.

More experienced kegelers may want to pass these up.
