Kegelcisor by ISA Research and Education

I am very impressed by the Kegelcisor. I had read other reviews of it in which people said that after just one session of using it their muscles felt “stronger.” I didn’t really believe that that would be true.
Yet I must say, after using the Kegelcisor for the first time my muscles felt very distinctly sore – not sore in a bad way, but the good kind of sore that you feel after a good workout. It is a lovely feeling, actually! I don’t know if I would say that my muscles already feel “stronger,” but they definitely feel like they have been getting a workout, and I can only presume that this will eventually make them stronger.

I had wanted to try the Kegelcisor for a long time due to all the benefits that are attributed to stronger PC muscles – more powerful orgasms, greater control of ejaculation, etc. When I bought the njoy Pure Wand some time ago, I thought I would be able to use it as a Kegelcisor. However, whenever I use the Pure Wand I end up getting so caught up in the g-spot stimulation that I rarely end up doing many kegels. That’s why I wanted to try a vaginal barbell that was designed specifically for exercising the PC muscle.

Before I go on, I should mention the one thing I didn’t like about this toy: its packaging. It comes in a cardboard box, similar to the type that you might use for a pair of earrings. I think I’ve been spoiled by companies like njoy and Lelo, who do such an excellent job of creating packaging for their toys that is elegant and sturdy. As a result, I was disappointed with the Kegelcisor’s packaging.

On to the positives: it is deliciously heavy, which I’m sure contributes to the delicious feeling of soreness that I have after using it. I also love that it’s made of stainless steel, which means I can sterilize it by boiling it. Additionally, stainless steel is a material that’s very easy to penetrate oneself with. I was a little scared of the larger head at first, because I hadn’t spent much time warming myself up, but I found that after putting a bit of lube on the head, insertion was no problem. The Kegelcisor glided effortlessly into me.

I found the instructions in the accompanying instructional booklet to be a little unclear, but I got the basic idea. My favorite exercise to do with this toy involves inserting the larger end with the smaller end resting on your palm, and then using your muscles to try to lift the toy entirely off of your palm. At this point, I can only hold the toy “hands free” (while sitting up or standing) for about five seconds. However, I think if I keep practicing I’ll be able to hold it for longer periods. I like that this will be a tangible way for me to gauge the strength of my PC muscles.
