The Kegelcisor is a brilliant masterpiece by ISA Research and Education. The entire exerciser was small enough to fit in the palm of my hand at a little under 4”, but felt unbelievably heavy at only 0.3 lbs. When held, it was very cold in contrast to my body temperature. I wondered if it could be warmed up in hot water, but the instruction booklet said that it’s supposed to be cold so you know which muscles you’re working. However, before initial use you can boil it or run it through the dishwasher to sterilize it. The enhansor seemed slightly “medical” to me; it’s a sleek stainless steel device that looks like a piece of modern artwork designed by a doctor and tested by urologists to cure urinary stress incontinence, strengthen pelvic muscles after childbirth, intensify sensations during intercourse, and improve vaginal tightness and lubrication. It came with surgical lubricant and I swear my Gyno has used the same brand when I’ve gone for my yearly pap. The Kegelcisor is even FDA approved! I’ve bought vaginal exercisers by sex toy brands and didn’t feel confident that they would do the trick; this one is truly different seeing as it’s a “health care device” created by the medical community! After just one use my muscles felt sore, which let me know that they really were working. The booklet showed three groups of exercises that could be done to ensure optimum results, and over the time I’ve used it, I’ve noticed significant changes. It does not promise immediate results, but insists that you follow a strict 6 to 12 week plan. However, the instructions did say that some women find instant improvement in their PC muscle strength. The exercises were all relatively easy to do. I lay back on a pillow with my knees bent like the diagram, and started with the first group of exercises. It’s weighted, so I could feel it inside of me and feel my muscles wrap tightly around it. The cold was uncomfortable but it helped me to be able to gauge how far it was inside and isolate the particular muscle group I was working out with. In the middle was an hourglass shaped indent intended to be “clamped” down on, followed by a large and small ball on either end. The smaller ball required me to use my muscles harder in order to be able to hold it inside of me. If my results already are any indication of what you can achieve, when I hit the 6 week marker I’m confident I’ll have regained the muscle strength I had when I met my husband 4 years ago. This item is strictly for purpose for me rather than for pleasure. I can’t imagine masturbating with this as it’s meant to cure my “ails,” but I’m sure there are many out there that could use this as a sex toy as well as a regenerative device. Follow-up commentary

Seeing as my review was posted back in November, I'd really like to add a little more after almost 3 months of use. The Kegelcisor is awesome! I feel so much more confident when my husband and I are rolling around in bed together. I'm able to physically squeeze his penis so he's unable to pull out. I'm now able to hold and keep him inside of me, which is more of a teasing factor than anything else and something I haven't been able to do for almost 3 years! Wow...interesting. I didn't think these things worked, but I will have to try one out for myself now that I've read this.
Libertine, I really was a skeptic too. I've tried a lot of different toys that promised big results in a little bit of time. Needless to say, they didn't work, not one bit. The Kegelcisor enhansor is different. The good people at ISA Research and Education say to wait 6 weeks before you start seeing results. At the 4 week mark I was seeing incredible improvement. It's now been 3 months and I feel like I have a new vagina. Sex went from an "eh" experience to an "AH!!!" experience. I really hope you try one, I really do, because I feel fantastic from using this!
I wonder if it would work for someone who had a cesarean. Ever since my son was born, I've been worried that I might have lost a little muscle control from the surgery.
