Exercising your kegel muscles: improve ability to find g-spot, improve ability to hold bladder, lessens the odds of urinary leakage from coughing, sneezing, or laughing, lowers the odds of the doctor having to cut you during labor, and will speed up your vagina's recovery time after birth. Great for beginners as well as veterans. Every and any lady has a good reason to exercise her vagina.
The Kegelcisor is a well made exerciser that actually works for strengthening pelvic floor muscles. Its simple to use and offers multiple levels of resistance. Its pleasurable to use too. I'm not sure if its the most effective exerciser, but its close in its effectiveness with Energie and the PC Muscle Exercisor.
Fabulous investment of money and time, fun and stimulating all in one. Plus, now you can say you're doing your exercises!
The Kegelcisor is a very high-quality dildo that is pleasurable to use and does an excellent job of targeting the PC muscles for exercise. It lives up to all the good things I've heard about it!
