Fun Factory's third generation of toys includes some old favorite styles, with modern new designs, and updated features. In the case of the Booster version of the second generation Patchy Paul, however, there is still room for improvement.

    I never understood the whole generation thing. Oh well. LOL

    This thing looks almost translucent in the images. Did you notice that in person?

    Yeah, I don't know. I think every so often they change their overall style (hence, generation). First it was regular dial bases, then a different dial base with a splat design and a battery compartment that was next to impossible to open. This third generation opens more easily and has push buttons.

    And yes, the pink is translucent. It's really a cool effect.
