My first impression of The Girdle was a sharp intake of breath. She’s pretty big and is made of silicone with a solid core and a softer outer layer, reminiscent of Vixskin dildos though not as soft an outer core as their toys.
While size is normally something I look for in a toy, the Girdle was a bit more of a mixed bag when it came to satisfaction. The problem lay in her solid core—it made welcoming her into my vagina a little uncomfortable since I couldn’t adjust her large pointy head to a position that made putting in the rest of the shaft comfortable (maybe your vagina goes straight up perfectly but mine sure doesn’t). The head of the Girdle isn’t larger than those of other toys I’ve got (the Lucid Dream number 39 comes to mind) but feels bigger because it can’t be shifted into that nook behind the g-spot which some bigger toys can hit. With that said, her size was satisfying to have inside me even if I didn’t get the entire shaft in comfortably. My best advice is to angle the Girdle when you slide her in so that she’s aiming towards your head, roughly parallel to your body, rather than the 45 degree angle at which you can insert some other toys. And lots of lube. Lots.

In addition to her size, another attribute that stuck out in my use of the Girdle was the intensity of her vibrations. This is definitely the toy for you if you’re looking for strong, deep vibration—she brought low level earthquakes to my bedroom. In this respect, the Girdle was a serious pleasure to have in my life. Her vibrations are strong both in the head and the shaft which is nice given that her shaft is long enough to cover quite a few special spots. She also comes with a number of different vibration settings, including the expected low, medium and high as well as a steady pulsing pattern, and a short-short-long pulse that increases in intensity in the long pulse. The last pattern was my particular favorite and kept me on the edge of orgasm until I finally decided I was ready to come and switched to the steady high setting. This brings me to another point- while the Girdle seems to have been designed largely for penetrative use, she worked really nicely as a clitoral vibe as well because of her intense vibrations (as a side note, for a vibe of her strength, she's fairly quiet). This is one time when her decoration (a “girdle” pattern on her shaft) comes in handy—it’s hard to really feel in penetrative use but provided nice texture when I used her as a clitoral vibe. The Girdle can also be taken into the bath, a whole new adventure!

The Girdle is made of silicone so can be sterilized with boiling water or a trip through your dishwasher. Don’t use silicone lube with her since she’ll degrade.
