Lets Go Clubbing! Well, not really...
For the most part, I believe that this is still a nice toy if one is looking for a small, clitoral bullet and those who don't like very high vibrations. However, those looking for something that is stronger, or if one is wanting it for a vibrator to pulse to the beat of the music, or for it's ambient mode, I'm very sad to say that they will be, unfortunately, left disappointed. I love the idea of this toy, however, I feel that the actual toy did not live up to my expectations.Published: April 27, 2011
Pros:
Varied settings, comes with a nice storage pouch and panty, batteries included.
Cons:
Weak, doesn't buzz to the beat very well, ambient mode was very disappointing

Club Vibe?

Has anyone actually used this in a club, as the name suggests? It looks like the wiring would make it next to impossible to discreetly use out. My thought is that you'd have to go in the bathroom to turn it on where there is no music and everyone around would hear you turn it on. Then if you manage to get it on without anyone knowing, where the heck do the wires and remote go? If this works in clubs I MUST have it, but I don't want to drop the money if it can't be used for that purpose.

Yes, we've used ours in public. You can turn it on in the car before you get in the club, because it doesn't pick up all that much ambient noise (like talking) especially if you have the sensitivity turned down. It's best to wear shorts/skirt/or jeans with a pocket, because you can clip the control pack on the waist band and tuck any extra cord in the pocket. The control pack will be visible if you don't wear a long loose shirt, but it doesn't scream "sex toy".

Thank you for viewing Club vibe – strap-on vibrator review page!

Hey Persephone, great review! I'm sorry this one didn't work out for you. I have this same toy, and I had the same issue with the toy falling off the clip while out in public! D'oh!
Thanks RedVinylKitty! Yeah, the other couple times it fell off, luckily I wasn't in public and could fix it, but I *really* didn't like that it fell under the car, lol. Even though no one would know what it is, it's still embarrassing to either risk running it over by moving the car, or getting down in the middle of a busy parking lot and trying to fish it out from underneath.
So I definitely think that it should be redesigned or something so that the clip isn't on, technically, the most insecure part of the controller box. I mean, I'm not even a toy designer, and even I have thought of designs that would have been better in that regard.
I swear, I could've thumped the person designed it (and who thought it was a good idea) right on the forehead every time it fell off, lol
Great review! I've been curious about these kinds of vibes (vibrating panties), and now I know that this one probably wouldn't be the best choice. Thanks!
thanks for the review
Wow, having the bullet fall out in public sounds like a nightmare...
Great review. I've had that falling-out-in-public thing happen before. It was mortifying.
