JO H2O warming lubricant by System JO - review by leilani

I am super sensitive so, for all of you like me, this lube is a great choice. I always buy this because it never leaves me burning like other lubricants and never leaves a rash like the others did, too! I have to say I love it! This lube makes for a pleasant feeling through and through.

Ingredients: Propyl paraben, methyl paraben, sodium carboxy methyl cellulose, acacia honey type A, peppermint, purified water.

I was a little shocked by the acacia honey, as that can irritate some, but I wasn't irritated by it. The amount must be very little. For others who are concerned about parabens, you may want to avoid this lube.

It makes toys easier for insertion when you are a little too small for the toy. I wouldn't use it with jelly toys because it seems to wear them out faster. Most toys and latex condoms are perfectly fine with this fun lubricant.

I really like how this lube enhances the feeling of anal sex. The pain was gone and the smoothness made orgasm so much better. For those of you who need that extra oomph during foreplay, this helps too. Men who like boob jobs will like the feel and it also makes those kinky latex plays more comfortable.

This feels a bit oily at first, but the feeling does go away quickly. I like that. The scent is almost absent, so you do not have to turn your nose away during application. There was only one time I tasted it on accident and it just tasted bland. I recommend buying flavored lube for oral play. The flavored ones I can't handle though, just too sensitive for those. Many say I am missing out but if I am, I shall be happy to be blind.

There are a few things I really liked about this product. The lubricant lasts all through a session and it is just the perfect thing. Like all lubricants, H2O won’t last if you just use a tiny bit for a session. The 2.5oz bottle may not be the easiest thing to give a cover up story for, but it’s easily placed in any toy box, cabinet, or where ever else you hide you play things. It’s easy to open with its little pull tab top, but you have to turn the cap tightly or it will leak when on its side. The easy push lid makes application a breeze. The final thing that makes this little bottle a must is how it will last for months. I used this little bottle every day for almost two months before it was empty.

There were a few times we tried it in the shower. Anal in the shower is already trouble enough for a couple almost a foot apart, but the lube doesn't stay. It is not bad for me though many find lube that is easily washed away to be a negative. Being pregnant, anal sex is a bit more painful without enough lube. There is no shame in using more lube!

Clean up is a breeze, you just wipe and if you are one of those who like to shower afterward, a nice bath or shower will do. There is not much residue at all from what I can tell. My honey finds it a bit runny but, hell, whatever makes it feel better! If you aren’t careful it will drip on to the bed, but a simple washing will bring it right out.

I had bad experiences with lubes as well as anal and toy play. When my hubby came up to me and asked to play with toys and introduce anal, I was frightened! His blue eyes melted me and I gave in. The toys we chose were a little too big for me without intense fingering (for me that's two to three fingers) just like before we had sex, so we always skipped the toy.

I decided to purchase a lube I had enjoyed using with my ex, System JO’s H2O warming. The warming was subtle but enough to make arousal pretty intense. After vaginal toy play gained time, anal toy play came in. He used a generous amount of H2O, well, seemingly generous. Just a little bit went a long way and lasted through our whole session. Sadly the warming sensation vanished far before the end. Even so, this made it so much easier and pleasurable. Shortly later, I am now a toy and anal fanatic!

This little bottle is still my bedside best friend. Without the smoothness it would make anal and some vaginal a complete hell. My honey still is fond of it too. His towel is starting to hate it now though. After I don't know how many cleanings via his towel, it is now showing a bit of wear, but who knows if it is the lube or excessive use. Either way, we still love it.
