Lovely present

Great quality in a pretty package; a wonderful addition to any toy box that should make you gush alone or with a partner.

somewhat useful review
I received this as a gift. The Elise pretty and great quality. She comes in a nice black box that is great for storage and keeping the charger in there.

Elise made me gush the first time I used her, I was quite surprised at that because I am tough on that one. At first she was a little painful, might be that she is a tad pointy for me. But once I was reved up that was no longer an issue. There is a bit of a learning curve, but now that I have figured out what I like and how to use her, I am comfortable letting my partner manipulate her, which makes for great fun and intense orgasms.

Elise is great for thrusting and the handle is good for proper manipulation to get Elise where you want her. She is excellent for g-spot stimulation and the thicker head provides resistance for Kegel muscles. Good size, filling but not too big. More insertable length would have been a plus for my tastes. Great for advanced users; beginners may need something smaller. But if you are into size and use a good lube the Elise should take you to places you have not been.

The velvety silicone is delightful internally and externally for clitoral stimulation. Elise is a breeze to clean, just a little antibacterial soap and water.

Elise vibrates and pulses. It is fun to switch through the settings and the control is easily accessible, however I find myself simply using a regular vibration setting on the max. I am tough to get off, so it is usually the max for me. That said Elise does provide solid vibrations.

So far the rechargeable batteries have not been an issue. That will have to be reviewed after months of use.
Follow-up commentary
Boooo! I lost this present in a break up. I even threw out a hit that I wanted it... no response. I just should have taken it when I left. Really, is he planning on giving it to someone else! Creepy!

This is an okay first review, but for future reference, you may want to talk about material compatability (silicone toys can be damaged by silicone lube, etc) and different functions and controls, especially with vibes. Also, with pretty much all LELO toys, since they aren't waterproof, when washing you should be careful not to get any water into the charging plug, as this too could damage the Elise. Spending this much on a toy and ruining it would kind of suck. But Welcome to the Group! Smile

Bostongirl,
Welcome to the community, and thanks for your first review! I do have to agree with spicywife, and purple_foxglove, though. You've got an okay start to your reviews, but please take the extra time to be as specific as you can in all aspects of the toy, and it's usage.

Glad you enjoyed the Elise though, and that's one heck of a nice present!

Thank you for the comments. I sort of assumed no silicone lube on silicone toys and don't get water in the charge plug were givens... but I unserstand what you are saying and will do my best to include more.

Jobthingy: yes, I wish I still had this around. I am sure I could have had a lot more fun with it, learning and experimenting with such a quality piece. I learned my lesson on that one. It was a present, I should have taken it with me!!!

  • Lelo elise vs liv is bigger better?
    • Which one hits it right for you, or which do you think would work best?

I've been wanting to try both. Since i keep thinking bigger is probably better i should get the elise since i have problems finding my gspot. It just seems like it would cover more space, pluse duel motors! But is it more consentrated with the liv?

Has anyone tried both and prefered the liv? Which is on your wishlist this year?
    • I have the Elise, but not the Liv. Elise is not huge at all. In fact, it's rather average sized. I can't imagine something much smaller working for me (and I'm no size queen at all). It is quite strong, and I hear significantly stronger than the other Lelos.
    • Oh well thats good news! I just saw a video Carrie Ann did about the Elise and Iris and she showed the liv and gigi for a moment and the size different looked signifigent. The elise could probably eat the liv! Haha.

I'm glad it's not to big. I made the mistake of getting a bigger toy once, i just couldn't get used to it.

Is the elise one of your favorite toys?

  • Worth it?
    • This vibrator is so expensive. Is it worth it?
    • G-spot vibes are one of those things that are "worth it" if they actually work with your anatomy.

If it did, and you preferred smooth to the texture of the Iris, sure, go for it if you have the money.

It's rechargeable. Is that something you want in a toy ? Do you care how loud a toy is ? Do you care enough about aesthetics to pay that much ?

I've never bought a single toy that was $150, but I have a few that were around $100. I don't regret them, I spent a long time researching them before I invested. :)
