Lube Me Up!
This is the most gentle, long lasting, reliably slippery lubricant I've found so far and it really does work in all situations.Published: March 15, 2010
Pros:
Very long lasting, slippery, tasteless, works on sensitive skin.
Cons:
Can't be used with toys containing silicone.
Pink silicone lubricant has become my standby and more importantly, my favorite. It works great for sex, masturbation using my hands, masturbation with toys (just NOT silicone toys - it will ruin the toy!), playing with my partners, and even just a little additional lubrication for myself when necessary. It also holds up a little better in water situations (shower, bath, etc.) than water based lubes. It really works well for any use.
Pink doesn't tend to dry out or get sticky on me at all like some other lubes and a small drop or two out of the very pretty bottle really does go a long way. It has virtually no odor or taste at all. I've never had a bad reaction to it, nor have any partners of mine, male or female. Even for the very active, the bottle size sold for $19.99 will last quite a while. I've also found that I don't have to put on so much of it that it's TOO slippery or wet at first, like I would with some other lubes that I know will begin to dry out or get sticky quickly.
What I think is the best feature of this lube is that I don't feel the need to immediately get it off of my body once I'm done having sex or masturbating. It is comfortable to have on my skin or my vagina and doesn't feel gooey or squishy at all like some others do.
Overall, all of my experiences using Pink lubricant have been very very pleasurable. It lasts a long time and its consistency does not change like some of the water based lubes that get sticky. I keep it on a shelf near my bed so it's close at hand when needed with the cap on just to keep it sanitary.

Experience
I tend to use this product most on my own either on my fingers or with a non-silicone toy. I apply 1-3 drops (depending on the toy or how wet I already am) to the tip of a plastic or glass toy or directly to my fingers. This product really does stand up well against time and doesn't change its consistency or slipperiness when mixed with body fluids or touched with fingers or toys. I also have very sensitive skin that tends to react badly to some products and quite honestly a picky/choosy vagina and she absolutely loves this product - no complaints at all.

I'm not sure I'll EVER stop loving this lube! It consistently provides an amazing, pleasurable experience and since a little goes a long way, it's definitely proven cost-effective over time.

Whats the safest lubes to use? Water-based, silicone?

Try a simple plain water based one if you are unsure of how you would react.

What toys are not safe with silicone lubes?

Venus FableI heard that certain lubes can't be used with certain toys. Can someone tell me how this works? -
Quote: I heard that certain lubes can't be used with certain toys. Can someone tell me how this works?Hi Venus - basically, silicone lube and silicone toys are not compatible because they react with one another (silicone may also leave stains on bedsheets and upholstery), but water-based lubricant is fine with any material and usually won't stain anything.
Why would anyone use silicone-based then, you might ask. Silicone-based tends to last longer and not dissolve in water (great for a jacuzzi quickie), whereas water-based is easily washed away or absorbed, which means it won't be as effective as silicone-based over long sessions. Silicone-based also has a nice silky feel, which some people prefer.
Hope this helps! -
Other considerations: Silicone lube should not be used with cyberskin or jelly toys, either, as it will melt them. When using lube with condoms or anything containing latex, avoid lube with any kind of oil.
Basically, it's a good idea to stick to water-based lube for use with any kind of toys!

Thank you for viewing Pink – lubricant review page!

What is the consistency of this lube? Is it super runny or more gel-like? Good review!
Nice review, thanks!
Sounds like a good one
Good review!
Cynthia - It's what I'd consider a thin gel-like consistency. It isn't too thick but it also doesn't go far from where it's applied.
thanks all!
Nice review
