If you have ever gone through childbirth, (or if your just getting older) sometimes you might start to think that the relationship you used to have with your PC muscles may have gone south. You two don't see eye to eye anymore. They have become lazy, flabby, out of shape. It's time for a little therapy. "Kegel exercises" everyone tells you, but how do you know if you're doing it right?

This toy is simple and easy to use. It comes with two sets of plastic, color-coded weighted balls that are easily inserted into a professional grade silicone harness. The harness has that signature velvety texture you come to expect from LELO. You can mix and match the weights to best suit your needs, which is fabulous. The harness is fairly easy to insert. Use a little lube and they slide easily in to place above your pelvic wall. If you have ever inserted a tampon then this should be a cinch. You will know if they are in correctly. Just stand up and let gravity start doing it's job, helping you concentrate on squeezing those PC muscles to hold the apparatus inside of you. A string attaches to one of the balls in the harness for easy retrieval. I really like the shape. They are perfectly round (which adds a bit of sensation) and the harness isn't too long, so they fit comfortably. If you have a petite frame like mine then that is a serious plus.

Once inserted, you can walk around and carry on with your day. Do laundry, clean the house, go for a walk. These little beads really do their job when you're up and about. An added bonus is the little beads that roll around in the Luna Balls themselves. I personally have absolutely no issue in feeling those good vibrations. It really actually makes me look forward to doing my Kegel exercises. I place them in, stand up, and just sway from side to side... heaven. I have even worked out on the elliptical with these inside. Let me tell you, it takes your daily exercise routine to a different level. By no means will I ever come to complete orgasm using these but it provides for a lovely warm up: a benefit I didn't not expect when I purchased them (and I'm not complaining either).

It is very discreet of course. No one will know you are using it and it can be worn for an extended period of time although the manufacturer recommends half an hour on average. It's easy to clean. The balls pop right out of the harness and can be cleaned, dried, and put back into place ready for your next use. They come with a little satin bag for storage which is really convenient. LELO always has great packaging. It's a high quality toy, very well constructed with no jagged seams, no odors, do discoloration. It will not attract lint.

As for its effectiveness, it claims to help with incontinence, sexual sensations, and over all pelvic floor strength. I have been using mine for about 4-5 weeks and I have noticed a slight difference. I have started having better orgasms, and my husband stated that he felt a slight difference so I am a believer. The packaging states to give it a full 12 weeks of exercise to really tell though. In fact they have been so effective I kind of wish they had heavier balls for the harness so you could advance your pelvic exercises. I have already advanced to the heavy set after 4 weeks. That would be my only complaint. However, if you are just starting kegel exercises and want a good system to get your PC in shape then I think the weights provided will be more than sufficient.
