There are two set of balls- a lighter pink pair and a heavier blue pair. Beginners are advised to start with the pink set and work up to the blue when their muscle strength increases. Think of it as strength training for your coochie. The balls can be inserted singly or mixed and matched with one another.

Like all Lelo products, the Luna Beads are designed of superior materials, completely nonporous, and 100% sanitary and body-safe. They have no taste or odor.

The design of Luna Beads is absolutely brilliant- in each pair there is a 'bottom bead' with a tiny hole at the edge which the loop is threaded to. This loop is a cord which can be used to remove the beads, meaning that unlike with other Ben Wa balls, there is no risk of you losing them inside of yourself, and this also makes them safe for anal play.

The beads have a groove in them, into which a silicone girdle can slide firmly into place, locking two beads together so you can use them both at once. Since it is easily removeable (using two hands) you can take it off to quickly switch beads, and go from one bead to two or two to one.

They are a reasonable size- large enough to be felt but not uncomfortable in the slightest, and there is a weighted ball within each of them which moves around, a very stimulating feeling.

They come in a great little storage box which has room for the balls and their instructions, and it's just a little black box- nothing that would raise suspicions unless someone knew what Lelo meant. They also include a very informative instruction booklet and warranty.

I love my Lelo Luna Beads. After trying Doc Johnson's Ben Wa balls I had nearly given up on kegel exercisers, but I decided to give these ones a try and love them so much, I may end up testing what else is out there! I have been exercising my vagina and loving it like never before!

When I first bought my Luna Beads, I spent a long time looking at the box, checking out how nicely everything fit in there for storage and checking out all the cool parts- two sets of beads, girdle fastener, and of course the instruction booklet. They made everything crystal clear about how to use the toy and what could be done with it- how to clean, etc. Before even using them (or attempting to) I knew exactly what would work and what wouldn't. I.e. do not just insert the balls without their cord, and don't use two without the girdle.

I first tried out the pink set of beads, which are the lighter of the two, and used just one at first. It was definitely nice and I could feel the stimulation of its movements, but I wanted more. Sliding the girdle over them, I used both pink balls and walked around the house, feeling them sway and jiggle inside me.
