I've had the Energie close to 12 weeks now and I can say with absolute certainty that it makes a difference - IF you use it regularly. You really have to look at it like any other exercise program and realize you won't see progress if you only exercise sporadically and you'll lose progress if you don't continue to exercise the muscles in some way.
With regular use I saw marked improvement in about two weeks. It wasn't necessarily that I suddenly had a pussy of steel but the strength of the muscles was absolutely improving the strength of my orgasms.
Then I stopped using it for a bit. And I could tell.
So I stared using it again. And I could tell!
Lately I've been alternating using this or my smart balls or simply focusing on clenching around other toys more often and I'm loving life… or my orgasms, anyhow. :)

Thanks! I'm really liking it. Unlike most other things, it "feels" like it's working.
The only problem? Grr. Getting ten minutes alone a day to do it. I think I"m going to start taking it in the bathroom and including that ten minutes in my shower/bath routine.
