Lucid dream petites no. 36 - traditional vibrator by Doc Johnson - review by Sodom and Gomorrah

The Lucid Dreams Petite #36 is a beautiful vibrator intended for your sensual needs. It's 100% waterproof and can be enjoyed in the tub or shower. This toy is so small that it is magnificent for beginners. It's a very gentle vibrator. This sexy vibrator can be used by anyone in a couple setting or in solo play. Although this majestic toy is mildly stimulating, it’s not noisy. It's lovely for different types of environments. The best part of it is that it’s comfortable enough for easy insertion. The candy red color that I chose was enticing to look at. I didn't wait for my partner to go ahead and check this baby out. You might not notice, but many of the same chemicals used in jelly toys are in our deodorants and other personal items. I don't see what the big commotion is unless you are specifically allergic to such products.

The material for the Petite #36 is jelly which rates a 2 on Eden's Material Safety Scale that is from 1-10. That means that some of the materials used in the process of making it are questionable or even mysterious. This particular jelly toy is made out of Poly vinyl chloride. I don't know what exactly that is. I either take my chances or just use toy covers or condoms and it takes care of that concern. The texture of it is ribbed with a swirl for added stimulation. I think it was very comfortable and I didn't notice much of a smell to it which was good. My first impression as I glanced at my new lovely toy was "oh how cute". I didn't taste it or care to taste it. Besides the ribbed swirl, it was smooth to the touch.

The Petite’s Vibrator design is simple, flexible, yet... fun, and firm. There are two colors to choose from, which are red and blue. The one I chose was very pretty, it looked like candy red. It was ribbed but nothing too striking. The shape was completely comfortable and the size was even better which wasn't too big. It’s kind of discreet when you’re looking at it. It's also discreet and suitable for travel. The toy is small enough to easily hide away. It doesn’t have a realistic look to it, but it does cooperate well. The size of this toy is indeed perfectly thin enough for petites but it doesn't provide any curve for g-spot stimulation. I would've preferred some g-spot curving on this same toy. When it's on, it has a very light humming sound.

This toy is not too noisy and performs well for its kind. The only thing is that it has mild and weak vibrations, which is great for those who are sensitive creatures. The most vibrating part of the unit was on the upper end, closer to the top but it’s felt through-out the whole unit. The vibrator uses 2 triple AAA batteries which are not provided with the toy. I hope one day manufacturers will start sending out their toys with batteries already included. The control was easy to use, sort of like a knob to increase and decrease the vibrations from off, low and high. It's discreet since it sounds like a light buzzing even on high. You can kick it or lick it, splash it around if you want since it's waterproof. The toy is wonderfully made and not a guzzler of batteries. The batteries keep going and going, can you picture the energizer bunny yet? It lives up to its name of lucid dreams. The toy is another of Doc Johnson's lovely vibrators and it's comparable to the other Lucid Dream models.

This toy’s material is jelly which can't be sterilized. Do not boil it in water. To clean these toys, just wash with it warm water and a toy cleaner before and after use. Do not use strong soaps on this toy. Make sure it’s completely dried before you put it away and keep in a cool dark place. On the other hand, you can also choose to clean it with toy wipes. If you want to share your toys though, I always recommend the use of toy covers or condoms. As far as lubricants, either water-based or silicone-based are compatible.

I really liked the packaging it came with. It had a very cute plastic design, somewhat see-through and can be re-usable for storage. The first picture on this review gives you an idea of how it's packaged. It's so easy to use it does not come with a set of instructions. I decided to store it permanently in this same package that it came with.

I enjoyed my sweet experience with the Lucid Dreams Petites #36. I was glad it was gentle and 100% waterproof. I was also glad to use it in the shower as well as the bedroom. I used it at first as a stimulation aid. After awhile, I inserted it into my vagina and it had purely sweet vibrations. I was highly surprised and truly enjoyed this toy. I usually prefer small plushier vibrators, but this one was super nice. This toy was also thin enough to use without any lube. I wasn’t disappointed at all when it came to this toy. After other jelly toys I’ve tried, I finally found another one I liked.
