This is an amazing toy! I was intrigued when I first saw it since I, like many ladies, really enjoy oral sex but don't ask for it from my partner very often. After some initial embarrassment (I mean, it is a wheel with a bunch of tongues on it), I gave it a try. Luckily, I had read reviews beforehand that recommended a generous amount of lube be used. If I had not used lube, I don't think it would have worked nearly as well. There are two speeds on this device. Personally, I found the faster speed to be a little too much. One thing with this toy is that you definitely cannot press it tightly against your body. If you do so, it will stop the wheel from turning and that obviously defeats the purpose. This is not a toy that is going to give you an instant orgasm, although it does feel amazing. For me, it is a very slow build that ends in a mind-blowing orgasm - the kind of orgasm where you feel dizzy, your ears ring, and your legs are shaking! This is one of my favorite toys, but I only use it every once in a while. It is a toy that requires an opportunity to just lay back and enjoy it for a long period of time rather than many other toys that cause me to have an orgasm much more quickly.

Also, I would like to mention that the case it comes with does have a cover so that if someone sees it, they are not seeing a wheel with a bunch of pink tongues on it. It just looks like a round black disc.

The casing for this toy is a hard black disc that opens to reveal a wheel with multiple soft pink "tongues". They are very soft, flexible and feel amazing. Although you will need to use lube with this toy because the tongues can kind of "stick" if they don't have the lube to help them glide across your skin.

This toy can fit in the palm of your hand. I wouldn't say it is necessarily awkward to hold, it's just that it is not the shape of your typical vibrator - so it is just different. This toy is definitely discreet and could easily fit in a purse. It isn't obvious that it is a sex toy when it is in its case, but it doesn't really look like any particular object/item either, so if someone sees it, they may be curious as to what it is.

There are two speeds, easily selected by a sliding switch. I prefer the lower speed since I feel that the higher speed is a bit too much. The lower speed builds you up slowly to an amazing orgasm. This toy sometimes makes a slight squeeking sounds, which is obviously not ideal. If you are in the privacy of your own home, then it is fine. You do have to be careful not to press this toy to close to your body because it will prevent the wheel from spinning.

This toy can possibly be opened up all the way, but I haven't figured out how to do so. I usually just open the case and use a toy cleaner to clean each of the flexible tongues. It is a little time consuming to clean.

This toy comes in a neat metal tin (at least it did at the time that I purchased it). This makes it nice if you are giving it to your significant other as a gift.
