Moderate Bite, Beautiful Color

These clamps were fun to play with, but the paint is already chipping off AND they were not as "hard" of a bite as I thought they would be. They stay on very well though, so if you like a moderate bite, these may be the clamps for you.

Use

I wanted these clamps because I had heard that "clover" style clamps are among the most painful of clamps out there, and, being a masochist I was looking forward to these immensely. What I actually found, was that these clamps were more of a "moderate" bite, and were not quite what I was expecting.

The clamps were still fun, and I would not recommend them for a beginner. On a scale of 1-10, I personally found these to be about a 5 for pain. I think that if you have a moderate level of tit torture or nipple play under your belt, you may be able to take these. As an advanced player I felt like they are a bit too light for me.

The Fresh jaws Nipple Clamps are perfect for the labia as well. I adored having the chain dangle between my legs during play, or even doing chores around the house.

Material / Texture

The Fresh Jaws Nipple Clamps are made of metal. There is no odor or taste to the toy. The "clamp" section of the toy has a bit of black rubber to prevent the clamps themselves from slipping. This is a great addition, because no matter how hard you pull on these, they will NOT let go until you release them. The rubber itself has little "nibs" to help prevent these from slipping.

The clamps themselves measure 3.5" long, and 1.5" wide. The chain they are attached to is about a foot long. My nipples JUST fit into these clamps. The clamps themselves do not open more than a half inch, so if you have larger nipples, beware.

One thing which is disappointing is the blue finish. I have only had these clamps for about a week, and the finish is already starting to chip. To their credit: in the time I have had them, they have gotten a lot of use, but I still did not expect the paint to chip this quickly.

Shape / Design / Size / Fit

These clamps feel great, to me. The only thing which is a bit bothersome is the fact that the clamps themselves are a bit too small. I wish that these clamps opened up a bit more to make it easier to fit nipples inside. I had no issue with putting these clamps on my labia. It felt great and they do NOT come off!

In order to put these on or take them off, all you need to do is squeeze the clamps at their widest point, easy!

Packaging

The Fresh Nipple Clamps are packaged in a brightly colored clamshell case. Easy enough to get out. I would not recommend storing these in their case though, because I do not think the case is sturdy enough to last forever. The box is recyclable though, which is always wonderful. They also fit much smaller in a drawer or other bin outside of their case.

There were no instructions on how to use these in the box.

Personal comments

I was really looking for a "bite" with these nipple clamps and was disappointed. Some people may find the bite of these to be too much, but personally, I just found it to be moderate. If you are an extreme masochist, these are probably not your nipple clamps.
Follow-up commentary
These have held up very well since I got them. The paint is still a bit chipped, and they still don't have quite the "bite" that I like in a clamp - but they do bring out the color in my eyes. ;) We tend to use these as more decorative than anything else.

Hrmmmmm...I wish I could find these somewhere else that has cheaper shipping than EF. From your review it seems these would be perfect for me vs other clover clamps I've found that are probably a bit too much for me, I'm into moderate pain so this is definitely on the wish list (which is growing, sheesh!) for a future free review, I probably will end up buying another pair somewhere else, I just hope they aren't unbearable for me though.
