Mood seductive - rabbit vibrator by Doc Johnson - review by Eva Schwaltz

The Mood Seductive from Doc Johnson is a rabbit style vibrator, meant to stimulate the G-spot and clitoris at the same time. It’s not very flexible so it won’t work for everyone. The clitoral nub is pretty pointy. It would only be good for those who like very pinpoint vibrations.

It takes two AA batteries, not included but is easy to get anywhere. The battery cap has a little spring inside so you have to press it down and then turn it to lock it in place. It doesn’t seem completely air tight so I wouldn’t submerge this toy, but you may be able to use it in the shower.

The shaft and clit stimulator are silicone. The battery cap (which is the entire base) is made of plastic accept for the buttons which feel like silicone. The silicone has a lot of drag, so it will attract quite a bit of lint and dust.

The shaft has a bit of a wavy texture on the underside. There is also a seam that runs up and down the shaft but it is not pronounced enough to be felt during use. Only the tip of the shaft is angled upwards which may not hit many people’s G-spots.

It is 9” long with 4 ½” insertable. The shaft is almost entirely 3 ½” in circumference which is a good size for those new to penetration or those who don’t like thick toys. The clit stimulator sits ¾” up from the shaft. It’s non-intimidating and easy to tuck away.

This reminds me of the Sphere, but that’s from a different company. All the patterns are the same and the buttons operate in the same manner. You get three speeds of steady vibration and seven pulsation patterns. Both buttons can turn on the toy, but one scrolls through the patterns, and the other shuts it off in any mode which is great if you ever get interrupted. It’s not likely this would be heard through a closed door. The vibrations are rumbly, but not the rumbliest I’ve experienced, although they feel great.

Wash this before and after each use. Feel free to use any type of soap or toy cleaners on this toy.

It is a good idea to stick to only water based lubes because silicone lubes may eat away the nice smooth coat of this toy. You can store silicone toys with other silicone toys, but not with toys made of different materials or else melting may occur.

The Mood Seductive comes in a flimsy cardboard box with a window so you can see the toy inside. It also comes with basic instructions about how to place the batteries. The box isn’t worth keeping, and there is no storage pouch, so you’ll have to find somewhere to store the toy.
