Love balls - vaginal balls discontinued by Rocks Off Ltd. - review by melissa1973

The love balls I am sad to say is a Rocks-off item, normally they have some good products but that is not the case with this kegal exerciser. The whole idea of making something with a decent circumference and weight to it was a great idea, but they went at it all wrong, but that will be explained further in the review. This came with a very pretty black bag with Rocks off in purple and that can be used to store just about anything. It does not have any padding so if you store anything breakable in it you still need to be careful. Glass toys will be fine in it as long as you do not slam it down on anything hard. It has a cute purple drawstring that tightens by pulling on both ends and loosens up by pulling the top open.

This is made from a silicone retriever string that is normally either a nylon rope or a plastic coated one. Two medium sized steel balls with holes drilled in the center to allow the string to go through and connect, and an aluminum piece for the finger ring that you pull the balls out.

The steel balls measure in at 3" in circumference, the total length is roughly 10 1/2" because the string broke it may be a little longer (not much), but it can be stretched up to 16". I looked in the cord when it broke to see if it was solid silicone or if it was silicone coated and I saw that, it is solid silicone. The finger ring is 2" in height, almost 1 1/2' wide and the center circle is roughly 3" in the center. A man’s finger can easily fit into it.

Since you cannot really clean this like, you can most toys. PLEASE! Only use this vaginally or anally NOT both, DO NOT share with other partners. A condom will defeat the purpose of the kegal exercise if you decide to use this. Remember that if you do end up using this anally that the cord is only silicone and that it will break if pulled too hard.

There is no way to get this 100% clean no matter how you do it. The knots in the silicone cord and the hole in the steel balls allow for germs to hide and bacteria to grow (YUCK). You can boil this, bleach it and no matter what you do, there is really no way of getting the water out from the holes in the balls.

This as you can see came in a cardboard box with a see-through plastic piece so that you can see the toy. A pretty black and purple pouch for storage, along with a small booklet that has pictures of other toys of theirs.
The only thing that can really be recycled is the toy pouch.

After the string (mysteriously) broke, the whole thing was tossed into the trash.


The only thing that was worth keeping was the pouch and the finger pull. I kept the pouch to store other toys and the finger pull I will use it at the end of a pulley light switch. The switch where you pull a chain to turn something on or off.

At first, I was caught off guard by how this was made with the wholes and knots that gather moisture in the cracks and crevasses, but put it in the back of my mind. I inserted it as far as it would go using another toy; I then went about my day to see how this worked. Sadly, not to good, it slid down and the only thing keeping it in was the fact that I had my panties on otherwise it would have fallen straight out. Thank god, I was not in a store at the time. When I started trying to clean it, I found out that it is all but impossible, talk about frustrating.
