The Fun Factory Smartballs Teneo Duo is the newer generation Smartballs, upgraded up from the original ones. They are amazing and so beneficial in many ways. These vaginal balls are especially made for kegels. They are suitable for beginners and for women with a dropped or tilted uterus or those who simply want to get their pelvic muscles back in shape.

To strengthen pelvic muscles and support postnatal exercises, Smartballs are inserted lengthwise into the vagina until only the removal loop is outside of the body. The vibrations of the balls send a signal to the pelvic muscles that something needs to be held onto, thereby training the muscles.


Trained muscles lead to more feeling during sex. What’s really helpful is, this product has an ergonomically formed finger hollow "easy-in" which helps a lot for insertion.

Smartballs can remain in the vagina for just a few minutes or a few hours. For the greatest effect, they should be worn during everyday movements. Use the removal loop to pull them out. The Smartballs are made out of 100% silicone so it's non-porous, body friendly and easy to clean or sterilize. They are a silicone-encased ball of plastic with small weighted beads inside. The product itself is firm if you squeeze the balls in your hands. They are also a bit flexible towards the middle of the kegel balls where they connect so they can create some movement and stimulation.

As far as texture and feeling goes, I found this product to be very smooth and pleasing to the touch. There are really nice raised criss-crossed patterns on them which add extreme stimulation and arousal while doing kegels that I found kind of bumpy feeling, but I loved it. They kind of have a sporty look to them. A really great thing about these is they have no smell at all, so none of that rubber chemically smell. That also is printed in different languages and English.It also says it's made in Germany.

The box instructs not to put it in your nose or ears, why someone would do that is beyond me. This box seems to be discreet. The only way to know what is it is to open the magnetic closure and read the English part explaining it, so the box you can use safely for storing them.
