The We-Vibe Tango is more than just a run of the mill bullet vibe. It has multiple functions, is waterproof and is rechargeable. The Tango is the most versatile bullet that I have come across. Just like other traditional bullets the Tango is designed to provide clitoral stimulation. It can also be used to provide stimulation to the labia, vaginal opening, nipples, shallow penetration and external stimulation to the anus. It could also be used to provide stimulation to the shaft of the penis, testicles, or perineum. The best use that I have found for the Tango is as a replacement for the cheep bullets that are provided with vibrating dildos. Inside a dildo the Tango provides stronger vibrations than traditional bullets and more options for vibration strength and patterns. The Tango is suitable for solo, partners, novice and advance users.

The Tango is made of smooth PC-ABS plastic which is non-porous latex free, non-porous, phthalates free and hypo-allergenic. It has no apparent taste or smell. The body of the Tango is completely smooth and rigid allowing it to move easily across the skin while pressure is being applied. The smoothness of the Tango also helps when inserting and removing it from a dildo. It has no drag so with a little lube it slides in and out of the dildo’s bullet hole with little effort.

The button on the base is covered by what feels like a velvety silicone but I’m not completely sure. The Tango doesn’t seem to retain odors. The smooth texture of the Tango is suitable for all users.

At 3.5” in length and 2” in circumference the Tango is slightly longer than most bullet vibrators making it more functional than a traditional bullet as well. The Tango has 3” of insertable length that can be used to provide vaginal stimulation. The Tango is a cylindrical vibe that comes to a flat angled tip making it resemble a lipstick. The shape of this toy is best suited to pin point stimulation, although the length of the toy can be used to provide a slightly broader surface for stimulation. The Tango is operated by an easy to use single push button on the base, to turn on simply press the button. Pressing the control button will scroll through the various settings. The Tango has eight vibration settings including four strengths of constant vibrations and four patterns of vibration. Pressing the control button after the eighth setting will turn the Tango off and during the next use will start with the first vibration setting. The Tango can also be turned off by pressing and holding the control button when this feature is utilized the Tango will remember the last vibration setting that was used.

For a bullet vibe the Tango is extremely powerful and quiet. Unlike most bullet style vibrators the Tango has deeper more rumbly vibrations, a definite plus. It is also extremely quiet and is barely audible under covers, let alone through a closed door. Being completely waterproof the Tango is easy to clean and safe for the shower and the bath.

The Tango is rechargeable through a magnetic system. A small circular charging dock attaches to the Tango and a charging plug with jack then plugs into the dock. I find that I get about an hours worth of use on the highest setting on a single charge. The Tango charges quickly in 90 minutes after the battery has been completely drained.

Cleaning the Tango is simple because it’s waterproof. Wash with a mild antibacterial soap and water or you can use your favorite cleaner. Plastic can also be wiped down with isopropyl alcohol.

Plastic toys can safely be used with water, silicone, and oil based lubricants.

The Tango came in a discreet white box with an image of the toy on the front, making it suitable for gift giving. I found the packaging itself to be a bit bulky considering the size of this toy. Using a pull tab the box can be opened and the Tango is covered with a piece of plastic and rests in a tray. A small cardboard box holds the charger and the provided storage bag. I choose to keep the Tango in the bag but the box is suitable for storage. A nice feature to the We-Vibe packaging is it is recyclable.

I really like this toy and appreciate how functional it is. I need a broader surface area for clitoral stimulation so by itself I will use the Tango as a warm-up vibe occasionally. However where this vibe truly shines for me is inserted into a dildo. The Tango's vibrations are stronger and deeper than most bullet style vibrators which improves the experience with a vibrating dildo. I also like the fact that if I want to mix things up I can use the vibration patterns, another feature that most bullets don't have.
