The Groovies Wave by Shaki Toys is a traditional vibrator manufactured exclusively for EdenFantasys, so you will not find this anywhere else. It is very feminine looking and would make a great addition to any woman's toy collection. This vibrator is great for clitoral stimulation, vaginal insertion, or all over body massage. However, I do not recommend using this anally because of the lack of a flared base. This toy is great for couples or solo play.

The Groovies Wave is made of ABS plastic with a velvety PU coating. This is a nonporous phthalate-free material with a firm, smooth texture. It has no detectable odor or taste. It feels very soft to the touch and has a very satin-like feel to it with some drag. It does feel great when you rub it across the skin and the texture does provide some extra pleasurable stimulation to sensitive areas. The material is very rigid and has no give to it at all which makes it great for pinpoint stimulation.

This toy lacks any crazy textures or hard to care for materials which makes it a great beginner's vibrator. This could also be a great vibrator for more advanced users; the simplicity of it makes it great for anyone. It just depends on what you are looking for.

The Groovies Wave is a traditional style vibrator with a wavy shape to it. This is a smaller sized vibrator with a length of 5 1/2 inches with an insertable length of 4 1/4 inches. The diameter is 1 inch and it weighs 0.2 lb. So it is pretty small, but the shape of it makes it very easy to hold. Unlike most smaller sized vibrators, this one is not awkward to hold.

The size of this vibrator makes it a great beginner's toy because it isn't insanely huge and awkward. It is easy to hold and is very pretty. It has two rows of multicolored "diamonds" around the base so it is very feminine. This toy is VERY easy to hide, you could put it inside a sock and no one would know it was there! As far as discretion goes, this vibrator isn't discreet at all. If you left this out people would know what it is so please--if you don't want your parents or kids to see--hide it. I would say this is fine for travel since it is so small. You could easily fit it into a pocket in a suitcase.

The Groovies Wave is controlled by a single push button at the base of the toy. The button is easy to push but not easy enough where you could accidentally change modes while playing. The vibrations taper out nicely throughout the entire toy but are strongest at the tip, which is where the motor is. It's not very loud at all; even at the highest setting it cannot be heard through a blanket or a closed door. Keep in mind though, this toy is not a powerhouse so if you are looking for or need a toy with stronger vibrations then this is NOT the toy for you.

It has 8 functions that you cycle through with the push button. Each time you push it you go to a different setting. Here are the functions:

1. Low constant
2. Medium constant
3. High constant
4. Rollercoaster
5. Long pulsing
6. Short pulsing
7. Intense buzzing
8. Mixed pattern (a mix of all the functions)

There is a lot of variety in functions as you can see. This vibrator takes 2 AAA batteries. I use this almost every night and the batteries are still good and seem just as powerful as the day I got it. This toy is waterproof. I fully submerged it in a bathtub and it didn't get internally wet at all.

The Groovies Wave is very easy to care for. Cleaning is easy and can be done with warm water and a mild soap, or you could wipe it down with alcohol. Be sure to remove the batteries when not in use. Since it is made of ABS plastic, it can be stored anywhere and is compatible with all materials. I store mine in its packaging as I do with most of my toys. For me, even though materials are compatible, I still don't like to take chances. Better safe than sorry...and I'm neurotic about ruining things. You could use water, oil, or silicone based lubes; they are all safe with this material. All in all it's a great material for beginners because it is so easy to care for.
