The Pirates Hidden Pleasure Vibe from Digital Playground is a small traditional vibrator that can be used in a number of ways. Use it to stimulate your clitoris, or any of your erogenous zones. You can use this toy on your clitoris, while using a dildo or another vibrator to stimulate your G-spot. It can also be used for shallow penetration, although not anally since there is no flared base to keep it anchored outside of your body. There is an O-ring around the battery compartment, but it is only splash proof..

The vibrator is made of plastic. It is completely smooth accept at the base where there is a raised textured design. There are no seams along the shaft to worry about which is nice.

The plastic has no drag to it, but you can use silicone or water based lubricants with it.

This toy is basically the same size as a standard pocket rocket. It is 5 inches in length, with an insertable length of 3 ¾”, and a circumference of 3 ¼” at the widest part which is the base. The shape is great for beginners because it has a small head, and it gets slightly wider towards the base.

The vibrator is operated by one push button located on the base. There is no emergency off button, but there’s only three vibration patterns” low, medium, and high, and back to off. It is really quiet, so no one will hear this through a closed door.

The vibrations are in the middle, not quite buzzy, and not quite rumbly. Pressing it against you doesn’t diminish the vibrations in any way, and they can be felth throughout the entire toy. It is powered by one AA battery not included. There is a little paper insert located inside the battery compartment, but taking it out doesn’t make a difference in the noise level.

This vibrator can easily be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap, or toy cleaner or wipes. You can also wipe it down with isopropyl alcohol for extra cleanliness.

The Hidden Pleasure Vibe arrives in clear packaging with the treasure chest and the vibrator displayed separately, so you can see everything that it comes with. The packaging is bulky, so I just keep the vibrator in the treasure chest.

If people see the treasure chest, they might just think it’s a jewlry box or a case for glasses or something. It is 5 ½” in length, with a width and hight of 2 ¼”, so you can keep it tucked away if you wanted to.

The overall presentation of this toy was nice and I think it would be great to give as a gift. This vibrator would be perfect for someone starting off their toy collection, but it is discreet enough that I think anyone would enjoy it.

This toy isn’t very powerful, but it would be non-intimidating for beginners. The included treasure chest is a nice touch, but it is completely plastic, so it doesn’t seem all that sturdy. The lid completely lifts off, but there’s only enough room in the mold for the vibrator. I never store my batteries inside a toy, so more space on the sides would be awesome to keep batteries nearby for travel purposes. If it appeals to you, I definitely think you should check it out.
