The Nea by Lelo was somewhat of a disappointment. When I first opened the box, I was somewhat taken back by its appearance. It was very pretty, and it fit in the palm of my hand. It had intricate purple flowers on a vine as decoration, which was quite appealing. I have found that this toy can be quite pleasurable for either a male or female.

My fiancé loved using it on his balls. He said that it was just powerful enough to provide him an extra boost, but not powerful enough to be painful. We also discovered that wearing it underneath your clothes can provide a wonderful sensation, especially if you feel the desire to use it in public, it was that small and discrete.

While using it however, the surface of the Neo was too smooth to use it without something holding it in place. Personally, I thought that the vibrations were not powerful enough, unless they were combined with vaginal penetration. I mean it was easy enough to control, all you have to do is hold down the right button until you have an appropriate setting. However I did not find that it had a setting that was quite high enough to “get me there”. It was quite relaxing, but it was quite boring to me after a while.

On the plus side of things, it was absolutely the quietest toy I have ever used. It was very nearly completely silent, which left to concentrate on the vibrations that it was sending to my clitoris. The recharge function was fantastic, even if you do not have time to fully charge it, a slight charge gives you quite a few minutes of playtime.

I would not use it solo, because it tickled more than anything, but it would be fun as a toy to play with during intercourse or foreplay.
