Nea - clitoral vibrator discontinued by LELO - review by Scarlet's Letter

Nea was my very first introduction with the Lelo brand. It's true, you never forget your first. Take a look at the Nea, go on, get a close look. It's beautiful, is it not? The gorgeously contoured body fits a woman's anatomy wonderfully. The design is sleek, feminine, girly, and artistic. Nea is so pretty, you almost want to use her as a paperweight on your desk, just to show her off. The interface consists of two easy to press buttons, one that when pressed turns Nea on (don't worry, she'll return the favor soon). The other button turned her off. The "On" button also goes through the different Nea speeds, from just barely vibrating to a nice moderate buzz. You can also put Nea in "lock" mode, by pressing both the On/Off buttons together for 3 seconds. You unlock Nea, obviously, but doing the same. Pressing and holding On/Off for 3 seconds. That was so your little toy is secure, and won't go off in your purse unexpectedly. It happened to me! So I am speaking from experience. I learned very quickly to keep my Nea locked at all times when on the go.

Performance-wise, Nea is wonderful. She fits in the place of your hand, and rests snugly against your clitoris and inner labia. Feel free to move Nea around, let her graze over your inner and outer labia. The pleasure point in Nea, is near the curved tip of the toy, it strategically fits right where it should. Lelo went above and beyond to make sure Nea works with YOUR body! The buttons are easy to press during use, if you'd like to change the speed. Nea was my first real clitoral vibe, and she really does the job well The first time I used the Nea, on the highest speed, I came in around 2-3 minutes. She hits the spot! Nea will having you coming back for more and more. She also works well paired with a g-spot vibe such as Lelo's Gigi, or Lelo's Iris. Nea is not too noisy, she is average to below average in noisiness. Nea probably would not be heard through the door, unless you are in a completely silent house. If the TV is on in the other room, or conversation, you and Nea should be safe for some discreet "alone" time.

Overall, I love the Nea. It's very similar to it's sister, Lelo's Lily vibe. Lily is made of silicone, while Nea is made of a silky smooth plastic finish that feels similar to porcelain. I think Nea's sleek texture actually makes it much easier to glide over your wet girly parts. Nea is definitely a winner, and if you're looking for a wonderful clitoral vibe or if you're looking to try your very first Lelo toy, I definitely give the Nea my full endorsement.

While the Nea is indeed splash-proof, it's not entirely waterproof. So do be careful during cleanup not to get any water into the input plug. If you DO accidentally get water into it, try this: Use a Q-tip to absorb water into of the opening. Press your lips over the hole of the input plug and blow to dislodge any water or moisture from the input.
