Lily - clitoral vibrator by LELO - review by Spicy Seduction

I'm sure this scene is a relatively familiar one for many with kids: Searching through the playroom for a bouncing tiger, dancing ballerina, or even an RC car. Frustratingly enough, the purpose of my quest was for the evasive AA's essential for the "alone time" with my favorite battery operated toy I had looked forward to all morning. It was during this rather undignified scramble through the playroom that I decided that for the sake of my own sanity, a splurge on a rechargeable "toy" just for mom was in order. After looking through my options I decided on the Lily by LELO so now all there was to do was wait for the mailman to deliver my little self indulgence.

I had little idea of what to expect from the Lily, but I was surprised to find a really tasteful couple of boxes nestled inside the larger shipping box. The tasteful packaging was my first indication that I was dealing with a quality product, so far so good! Box number one revealed a really small, nontraditional looking vibe. Iridescent purple (also available in pink or black) and smaller than I had initially visualized it to be, but being it fit nicely in the palm of my hand, and I am not convinced size is of much importance in the case of clitoral vibes, I was not disheartened.

I read the quick and easy to understand instruction booklet and I was ready to charge it before putting it through its paces. This was a very simple operation, selecting the correct adaptor, plugging it into the power and placing the other end in the correct socket. A couple of hours later my wait was over and I was ready to go!

The first thing you notice about the Lily, is how easy it is to hold, and also the nice velvety smooth feel of the unit itself. The controls were a bit different than any vibe I had used before, but became second nature very quickly. Located on the lower half of the unit, they consist of two buttons to increase or decrease the intensity of the vibrations. One feature I really liked was the fact that I could lock my Lily simply by pressing both buttons simultaneously, knowing it won't turn on accidentally is yet another great feature making it perfect for travel. To unlock you once again press the two buttons at the same time, very simple.

I really wasn't sure that the Lily was going to deliver much power, primarily due its size, but quickly found that to be far from the case. The Lily starts with a light pulse, then with each push of the control button it got more powerful - and then some. I actually found that the quiet yet powerful medium high setting was more than enough to do the trick for me. The other thing that was noticeable as I used the Lily was that it sat nicely over my pubic bone and delivered a nice constant vibration, or I could easily direct it to exactly the right spot. This toy was obviously designed by a woman, and due to its flexibility in use, likely more than one woman helped to perfect it. I was in moaning, back arching appreciation of their efforts very quickly.

The Lily is definitely a high end sex toy, although the initial cost is a bit high, the money saved on batteries and the very high quality should definitely be considered. When fully charged this beautiful little toy can give you around 8 hours of pleasure. The only downside I can note is that the Lily is not waterproof. That said, I can live without that feature because the Lily is such a great little vibe in its own right, and all of the other features more than make up for this minor inconvenience.
