Wet naturals sensual strawberry - water based lube by Wet Lubricants - review by Valentinka

Wet Naturals is a wonderful, multi-purpose, water-based lubricant. It is designed for oral sex, but for a few months it had been the only lube that my partner and I had, so we've already tried it in lots of different ways. I can assure you that this one definitely works for:
- oral sex;
- PIV sex;
- massage;
- masturbation;
- nipple play;
- toy sessions.
Moreover, although it is claimed to be created for women, it works well for both partners.

If you look at the ingredients, you will be pleasantly surprised by the safety of this lube. First of all, it is paraben free, glycerin free and l-arginine free, which makes it body-friendly. Secondly, this lube is sugar-free, so no worries about yeast infections! And finally, it contains natural ingredients, vitamins and antioxidants, so not only is Wet Naturals safe but also healthy.

The only thing that someone could probably worry about is aspartame, an artificial sweetener, which is also known as E951. Even though it's been approved in the majority of countries, its safety is still widely discussed.

The product page does not show all the ingredients, so there they are: Water, PEG, Flavor, Aspartame, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Polysorbate-20, Sodium benzoate, Diazolidinyl Urea, Triethanolamine, Citric Acid, Carbomer, Tetrasodium EDTA, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Citrus Grandis (grapefruit) Seed Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E Acetate), Vitis Vinifera (Grape), Seed Extract, Vaccinium Macrocarpon (Cranberry) Fruit Extract, Trifolium Pratense (Clover) Flower Extract, Ascorbin Acid.

I find the feel of this lube silky and smooth. Also, as promised by the producer, it leaves your skin slightly moisturized without being sticky at all. Of course, like many other water-based lubes, Wet Naturals is rather thin, watery and a bit runny. However, the light formula makes it easy for clean-up and - as far as I noticed - stainless.

Wet Naturals has a mild, candy-like strawberry scent, which really enhances the mood. It also has a light sweet taste which doesn't remind me of strawberry much but is rather pleasant anyway. Unfortunately, some people may not appreciate the taste because of the slight tingle and the slight medicine-like aftertaste.

Mind that you really have to experiment to find the lubricant that is suitable for you. Water-based lubes come in different thicknesses and also their ability to last is very subjective. I've read a lot of reviews which claimed that you have to reapply Wet Naturals very often, but as for me a few drops are enough for at least a 10 minute PIV session. Another great thing is that I don't feel like I need to wash it off immediately, unlike the silicone lubes that I tried.

Wet Naturals Sensual Strawberry comes in two volumes: 1.5 fl.oz. (44.3 ml) or 3 fl.oz. (88.6 ml), which cost $9.99 and $11.99 respectively. I've got a bigger 3 fl.oz. version and according to the information on the bottle it is 93 g.

The lube bottle is plastic and measures about 3.5" (13.5 cm) high. It has a nice pale pink rounded top with a flip cap which closes very safely so that the lube doesn't leak. The bottle is transparent where a sticker doesn't cover it. On the back there is all the necessary information provided in two languages: English and Spanish. You can find a description, ingredients list, directions for use and some warnings there. Remember not to use this products if the bottle comes unsealed.

Overall, the bottle is very convenient. As I've already mentioned, it doesn't let the lube leak, but at the same time you can easily open it with one hand. It even has some kind of indentation for an easy grip. The only thing I disliked is that the sticker doesn't hold on to the bottle very well. When I received this lube, it had already been crumpled and now it is starting to come off. Surely, this aspect is far from being a key feature, but if you like all your things nice and neat, there is this small disappointment.

Wet Naturals is both an edible and flavored lubricant. These features are not necessarily for those who don't enjoy the natural taste of their partners when it comes to oral pleasures. In my opinion, it's mostly for being sure that nothing will spoil your pleasure. Some unpleasantly tasting (or even dangerous when swallowed) lube is not what you really want to deal with, right?

I also love the fact that apart from being cheap and multi-purpose, this lube is also very economical. I don't really keep the record, but it's been used at least 2 times a week for almost 3 months, and there is still half a bottle left!
