Well, the best thing about this product is that it comes with a bullet, so you can throw away the tongue attachment. So if you don't have a bullet (and everyone should!), and you feel the need to try out the tongue portion, then buy this toy. Otherwise... look for other clitoral stimulators.
I first bought this a few years ago after I first realized that I truly love oral sex. Technically, it was one of my earlier/first sex toys, and so I did not quite know what to look for. So when I got the box, and realized that it is an attachment that slides over a bullet (and at the time, I had never used a bullet), I was a little taken aback at first. The tongue attachment feels like a semi-hard plastic rubber ball, that just happens to be in the shape of the tongue. Note that I said "semi-hard": the tongue is not quite jelly but not quite solid plastic. This also means that it does not quite flicker the way that some other tongue toys do. The shape of it also means that if you have any interest in placing the tongue inside of your vagina, it won't quite work because the tongue isn't long enough outside of the rim of the attachment. Additionally, the wired design of the toy is a bit awkward because, while you can hold the remote portion in one hand, you still have to maneuver the tongue portion with your other hand. It would be better if the remote/battery portion and the tongue portion were combined into one piece (and this would leave your other hand free to play with your partner or yourself further).
Now with all that being said, if you do buy this product, don't even use the clit kisser. It's still your average bullet, and therefore perfect for clitoral stimulation.

i haven´t try but ,, i think this can have a bad odor depends if you don´t clean the toy,, if you maintain your toys clean ,, none should not smell bad ,, but i think this something you should ask the people who make the toy,, may be you be lucky and somebody else has this toy ,, i don´t think the material,, smell bad
i have toys of many kind of materials and they don´t smell bad because i always use a soap that smells like apples cinnamint, honey or something ,, i am also a clean girl,, so if you´re one too,, they should not smell bad
