I have recently purchased a set of the ben wa balls I was anxious wondering if I could wear them all day long. So I got up one morning recently and inserted them, I went a full 4 hours, before I felt like they might fall out, yikes, can you imagine that happening! Thankfully they didn't! I readjusted and continued my day with them in. Now keep in mind these do not come with the string and are weighted so for a beginner may be a little troublesome.
