Not so SaSi

I wanted to love this toy and I tried, I really did. I tried a few more times after the first disappointing session with the SaSi, but its barely-noticeable movements just don't do it for me.

I'll start with some positives about the SaSi. It's a very cute and discreet toy. The colors are lovely, and if you leave it sitting around, it looks so much like a computer mouse that I doubt anyone would say anything.

I found out the hard way that it wasnt for me, and that SaSi and I aren't meant to be.

Specs: The top control pad of this toy and the body under the sleeve are made out of hard plastic. The sleeve is made of nice, velvety silicone. As such, this toy should not be used with silicone lube.

The SaSi creates clitoral stimulation via a rolling ball under the silicone sleeve and also has vibrations. It's rechargable but the charging port is under a cumbersome flap that never seems to want to be pulled out or put back in place. A light comes on when the device is charging, but the cord has a tendency to slip out and needs to be placed just so to ensure a charge.

Toy measurements
Rolling nub: About 1/2"
Length: 5"
Width: 2 1/2"

I lusted after this toy. I saved up my points for it. I hoped against hope that the negative reviews were wrong. With a hope and a prayer I made my purchase and eagerly awaited the arrival of this unique toy.

Finally it arrived! I charged it, read the manual and was in a tizzy about how much fun it would be! I got out the lube and went to town. "Maybe this just isn't the right setting for me," I thought as the disappointingly small and slow nub rolled over my clit.

I cycled through all the motions and speeds, finally resorting to turning on the vibrations, trying to get SOME noticeable stimulation out of this toy. All this did was get me more frustrated and make my hand numb after a while, since the vibrations rattle the whole toy, instead of directing the stimulation to where it should go: the rolling ball.

That damn ball! Even at its fastest speed, on my "favorite" (read: not as bad as the rest) setting, it was still too slow.

Lower on the list of things that bug me about this toy is that it heats up after about twenty minutes. Normally this wouldn't bug me, since it usually doesn't take me that long to have an orgasm, but after twenty minutes with the SaSi I wasn't any closer than when I began and now had to deal with the toy getting warm. Eventually I turned it off and grabbed a different toy.

I really don't know who I would recommend this toy to. I guess people who have INCREDIBLY sensitive clits, like feather-light touches, and don't mind taking their time to come. Clits of steel, people who want a quickie or multiples, look elsewhere.
Follow-up commentary
Unfortunately, I don't think I can grow to love this toy. I guess my clit just isn't sensitive enough for it. This technology is still relatively new and I do hope that Je Joue might one day create something similar to SaSi that I could enjoy. I'm looking for a home where it will be appreciated for how unique it is.

I don't think I've read a review yet where someone said this brought them to an O. Just a warm up toy at best and sometimes not even that. Sorry it didn't work for you.

Thanks! I feel like this is definitely more of a novelty and innovation than it is functional.
