When penetrating the vagina, you aren't going to feel too much stimulation. I suppose it can be used lightly for inner anal play. The smoothness of the surface made it really easy to use with little or no lubrication and slid right over my clit with no pain or discomfort. It was also quite fun to slide over the outside of your anus for stimulation in that area. I do recommend using a little bit of compatible lube around the anus if you are not well-lubricated already. My boyfriend and I always pull this little guy out before sex.
