These little beauties are fantastic either by one at a time or with the both of them. They work at exercising the vagina. A friend introduced me to them a few years ago and I can't stop telling everyone how good they are. Not only does it help with vaginal exercises but oh man, the intensity of them inside gets you totally wet and you remain that way even after they've been taken out. It seemed like every movement you made the balls would hit and make a jingling noise- awesome.

They're just slick, perfectly round metallic balls that are hollow inside and something inside them makes noises.

They're the size of golf balls, perfectly symmetrical, so shiny that you can see yourself in them. I'd say that just about anybody can use them. They're great for beginners too but they may need the smaller ones until they get accustomed to a larger size. They're very discreet, and you can work with them inside to make work a little interesting.

There's only so much you can say about a ball. Everything's great about these guys; they feel fantastic inside with both or just one. If you have both in they cause friction and that's when things really get started.

They're very easy to care for, I just washed them in anti-bacterial soap and it cleaned very well, just need to towel dry them and put back in the storage container.
