This vibrator is suited for someone with a bit of time on their hands. I found it is best suited for clitoral stimulation since the bullet is located in the tip of the vibrator. This can make for some most excellent clitoral stimulation.

The shape is so varied that it was a pleasure to use for penetration. I couldn't feel the bullet when I used the vibrator for "deep" penetration (about 4 to 5 inches in). I could feel it if I just teased myself with the first 2 inches. Oh, and I must mention, don't use this toy for anal! There is no flared base, so it would just get lost up in there. I don't even use all of the toy in my vagina because of the lack of a good base. You could use this toy to stimulate other areas of your body, but I feel you would have to be hypersensitive. I felt this toy didn't have enough vroom to really get me going.

I feel anyone could really use this toy, but would be really good for beginners. The bullet was too weak for me, taking me upwards of thirty minutes to achieve a good orgasm. The saving grace of this item was being able to use it in the tub. It was nice to be able to come home, bathe, and unwind by spending sometime on myself.

The Softee is made up of a nice smooth yet hard silicone. There is absolutely no smell and if you are willing to stick in your mouth, no taste. While purple is color, the material is see through, allowing you to see the bullet, the bullet's wiring, and battery compartment.

Located at the top is the bullet. On the outside material are six rows that contain 3 "bumps". These were a nice touch; most excellent when you can get them directly on your clitoris. I personally think they keep the bullet from being more powerful, allowing a bit more "shock absorbency". This may not be the best for me, but for people who like to tease themselves can find it helps prolong masturbation.

Further down are 6 more bump, but longer. They sit on top of two ledges that get bigger as the you go down the vibrator. In the middle, the whole piece bows out to accommodate the battery compartment. After that, you reach the plastic battery cap, and the end of insertable material. I personally find all these changes and bumps in the softee exciting. Since I don't get a lot of stimulation from the bullet alone on my clit, I like to switch between teasing myself and inserting the softee. From the top to the edge of the battery cap, there is about 5" of insertable material. I find I only need up to the first or second ledge to work for me, since you can't feel the bullet after so many inches.

I found no g-spot stimulation in this product for me. The material is too hard and the vibrator too different in its shape to find it. If you want g-spot stimulation, I would suggest a toy made for it.

In the previous section, I described most of the design of the softee. I found that change in size, bumps, and ledges to be mostly positive. The bumps on the bullet tone down the effect of the bullet, but this can be a good thing for an already sensitive person. I also found the size to be just right, seeing as I don't need more then 3 to 4 inches on a toy to really have a good time! I felt that if you used all of the insertable length, that you do lose what you could be getting from the bullet in your other parts.

I feel that the size of the toy isn't intimidating, and users from beginner to advanced could have fun with this toy. It has a very different look then most of your standard vibrators, and could bring some flavor to your one (wo)man jam sessions or when you play with others.

This toy is not easy to hide! You could very well put it back in its package and take it with you, but anyone who looks at will know what it is. You can bring this on a trip, just tuck it away near the bottom of your bag and remember to take out the batteries!

The Nubby Softee has four speeds (four clicks when nob is turned), smooth texture, and waterproof. It takes two AA batteries to start the fun!

The four speeds range from light touch to numb you up! If I left this on my hand on the highest speed, it would go numb in about 2 minutes. The middle two speeds are just either a step from light or a step down from heavy. Yet even on the heavy speed, when used on my clitoris, it takes upwards to 20 minutes of shifting to achieve orgasm. Even though the bullet is located at the top, because of the hard silicone plastic it is made out, it allows for the vibrations to travel throughout the softee. At its lightest speed, they are almost non-existent; at high speeds they are pleasant and aid in fun during penetration. There aren't many functions to this vibrator besides light and powerful, but what it offers can be just right in some situations.

This toy is waterproof and I found that it performs the same in water as out for me. It was a tad bit harder to start off because of the material reacting with the water. But after a few moments, I was able to get a good position on my clit. I didn't use this to penetrate myself in the tub, but only because it was hard to get my legs open proper due to the size of my tub.

All in all, this is a great tub toy or out of the box toy. I found it to be extremely quiet for the power it can pack!

Easy to care for! The material is smooth, and just takes a little soap and water. I use wet wipes, and everything just comes right off! I found nothing really sticks to it like some toys, but I put it right back into its original packaging. Make sure to clean around the battery cap as to avoid build up, and you're good to go.

Clear plastic that announces it as "Basic Essentials - Nubby Softee". The packaging includes the tag lines "Multi-speed", "Power Packed Tip", "Soft, Nubby Texture", and "Whisper Quiet". I kept the packaging to store the vibrator in when I was finished. Nothing fancy here.

I didn't cover this in the other section, but I will mention it here: condoms and lube. First off, you can't get a condom over this bad boy. It is too oddly shaped for most normal condoms. I don't own any XL condoms, so I cannot speak for those, but I can speak for regulars and smalls. Just doesn't fit! Also, please use a water base lube. This toy is possibly in the silicone family and I would hate for anyone to sacrifice their toy to check this out. Water based, water based, water based!
