Garter pantyhose - hosiery by Leg Avenue - review by Checkmate

There are times when my wife prefers not to wear stockings with a garter belt, and these suspender hose from Leg Avenue fit the bill for those times. They are designed to closely resemble stockings with attached garters connected to a waist band. At times you might see them listed as pantyhose but there is not panty to them.

They arrived in a cardboard sleeve with the photo of the stockings being worn by a model on both front and back of the package. The usual size, washing instructions and material content are listed on the package.

We have had some issues in the past with Leg Avenue products sizing being somewhat on the small size. The size listed on these hose was, however, as accurate as any we have seen. The package lists these as one size fitting weights of 90-160 lbs. Mrs. C was very happy to find that these comfortably fit her 5'4", 165 lb frame perfectly.

These black suspender hose are constructed of 85% nylon and 15% spandex. The waist portion is topped with 3" wide lace. When worn we both noticed that this lace portion did not roll as we thought it might and my wife thought it was rather comfortable. The remainder of the garment is sheer black with the edges of the openings at thighs and crotch a more opaque black. The toes are lightly reinforced, and I do mean lightly.

Mrs. C stated that these were very easy to put on, but does suggest that one uses the normal care when handling these hose. The material is somewhat thin and rough finger nails could easily start a run. As far as feel, they have a nice, soft, smooth feel to them.

The washing instructions included on the package are the usual instructions for nylon apparel, hand wash only, drip dry, do not iron.

Because of an extended illness, my wife has had only worn these suspender hose once, but I'm sure when things get straightened out they will be seen again! If she only wore them one time they are still worth the money. She said that as soon as she put them on she had an incredible sexy feeling. I would have to say the same for me when I saw her wearing them.

I love the feel of smooth silky nylon on her legs and the contrast between that and her soft skin where the hose ends and the fun begins. Since these were purchased with the intent of wearing them while having sex, neither of us was disappointed. Just a suggestion, if wearing them to bed and planning on leaving them on, think ahead of the panty issue. Either go commando, wear side tie panties, or wear panties over them. The purpose is to have easy access, and any of these choices makes things alot easier.

Since she only wore them the one time, we can not tell how well they will wear. I'm sure she will give them a try on a date night, or possibly wear them to church some Sunday. Will give you an update when that time comes.
