The pearls are not only very beautiful but also very handy. They can slip into your purse or bag for exercise on the go. I would recommend these for more advanced users who have done kegel exercises before; because of the small size. They would work for beginners as well but they may find it very hard to keep them in. I have grown to love my Opulent Pearls, and use them regularly. I have included some tips on removing the pearls for those who like me, might be a little concerned about it.
With commitment and patience (which I don't have) these can aid in strengthening PC muscles during kegels. For me, I find this item more pretty to look at than useful.
This product was fabulous. I was able to experiment with the pearls and not only was I able to benefit from them.
The case itself was so pretty it made me super excited to see the actual product. Being a little hesitant of the whole vaginal ball idea, I eased the case open and found two of the prettiest metallic marble looking balls. They seemed to be a nice size as well as weight.
