The smart balls are worth it. They do improve the muscles. I recommend putting them in then going to the gym or doing some sort of exercise to get the full pleasure of them.

Pros:

Moving makes the balls vibrate to get a good feeling.

Cons:

If you don't move nothing happens.

This toy was definitely designed

When I first saw these balls curiosity got the best of me. I was looking for something that could make me feel full and help me with tighten my muscles. They seem like a perfect object. They have a cord you pull on to release them. I would not have to worry about some ball falling out of me in a public place.

I like to wear them around the house. I can’t wait to wear them to the gym. I love the way they vibrate instead of me with every sudden move I make. The smart balls are firm and I know they are flexible to hit my G spot. I just have not found how to angle my move to do so. Smart balls have a thin cord, discrete, and comfortable. They’re large to appoint it makes you feel full. If you are not use to being stretched a bit. I would tube up.

These balls don’t make noise. You could run, jump up and down, and walk beside anyone. They would never know.

The smart balls will not work wonders if you sit down, lie down, or do nothing at all. You have to be moving to get the benefits of them. If you are going to just sit and do nothing. Try to tighten your muscles and holding them for 10 seconds and release. Once you master that try holding them for more then 10 seconds. Play a game to see what is the longest you can hold it with out releasing. They give a really good feeling when you are moving around, Tae-bo, dancing or walking.
