The texture of the Platinum Charisma Zia is great! It's so smooth and soft like velvet. It is slightly ribbed, which adds for a little extra stimulation. The ribbed section of the toy is a little large for my liking, but they don't necessarily hurt. This toy is made out of PU coated plastic. PU coated plastic is non-porous which allows for sharing. It is a hard plastic toy which I felt gave off strong vibrations. I found it was very easy to clean because of the smoothness of the material. I used just soap and water. You can also use toy cleaners or toy cleaning wipes on this toy. I did not notice a smell to this. I prefer not to have a smell with my toys.

The shape of this toy was a little awkward. Although it was very obvious how to use it, it also was a little hard to insert into the vagina. The Platinum charisma Zia is about 5 inches long, with an insertion length of about 3 inches. I compare this to about the size of the average middle finger. It is a very thick toy in my eyes. The diameter alone is nearly two inches. It may not have been so bad had the material not been hard plastic. In my eyes, I would not recommend this to beginners for that reason. The size makes for easy storage, easily hidden. The box it came in would be a great place to store it. If you want it hidden discreetly, I would recommend storing it in a "toy box."

This toy is pretty basic. It only vibrates. The control of the vibration is a dial base located at the bottom of the vibrator. It can get pretty strong turned up to the max. I had red legs after using this because the vibrations are that strong. This is a waterproof vibrator. When used in the shower, I honestly did not experience any added pleasure. This wasn't too terribly noisy too me, but it easily could be heard if you were using it on the floor. This toy uses two AA batteries which are placed under the dial base. Easy to load. The toy does come with directions if you do have some trouble inserting the batteries.

As mentioned earlier in the material section, this toy is easy to care for. You can use soap and water to clean. You also can use a toy cleaner of your choice. This vibrator is compatible with water based or silicone based lubes. I prefer water based for easier clean up. As mentioned before, storage is very easy. I have mine in its box in my drawer.
