I am so glad that I got the Pleasure Ball free with the purchase of another product! Although interesting in design and pretty in color (half red/half pink),I was very disappointed in its performance. Called the Pleasure Ball, I'm left wondering exactly where the pleasure is hiding in this awkwardly large ball. I suppose it might be stimulating for those who have very sensitive clits, but as for myself the feel of this vibe would never bring me to climax, partly due to its shape and size. I haven't owned this toy for too long so I'm still trying to come up with other uses other than clitoral stimulation, but haven't had much luck aside from using it as a lower back massager for my boyfriend and a foot massage for me. It is advertised as waterproof so I may have to experiment some more with it in the shower and then come back to follow up with this review. As for travel, I would definitely suggest investing in a better toy for this purpose, although I don't think it would be a huge hassle to pack it under some clothes in a suitcase or throw it into a large hobo purse.

The Pleasure Ball is made of phthalate-free, non-toxic TPR and upon opening I didn't notice any smells omitted from this product, which is a plus for me. I wouldn't say the texture of the Pleasure Ball works "better" for a beginner or advanced user, I believe it all depends on the person's specific preference. I am a beginner myself, yet I am not that easily stimulated to the point of climax, and whether the texture is hard or soft doesn't play a huge part in my decisions on purchasing a clitoral vibrator.

The red half is a bit more slicker and harder material than the pink half, however the difference between both textures are not much at all in my opinion. The single power button is located in the center of the pink part with an easy touch control that features 3 different speed settings as well as an off setting. The button is completely covered in the same continued pink material with no gaps or holes so cleaning of this area is super easy as well as the rest of the ball, which is very nice.

Upon opening the box I was surprised as to the size of this ball. In the palm of my hand, grasping it with my fingers I am only able to hold about half the size of the ball. It is rather large and awkward in size for my own preference, and it weights a little less than a half a pound. The design of this product is fairly good at first glance, it fits fairly comfortably in my hand but when used with lube makes me feel like I might drop it during play and I continuously seem to adjust my hand on it, which interrupts playtime. No Fun! The size of the ball does make things uncomfortable in another aspect for me as well. Pin pointing pleasure seemed very difficult for me due to it's large shape. I personally enjoy toys with more of a specific surface designed for use on your clit; this toy doesn't have that specific surface. I believe the motor is located in the red portion of the ball but where exactly the most powerful vibes come from is really beyond me. As for a way to leave it out in the open and still have it be discreet...maybe hide it in a large basket of kitty toys? Or maybe with a collection of all your Pokemon stuff? I'm at a loss here as well.

The Pleasure Ball operates on 3AA batteries which are no included and are easily inserted but twisting the entire ball and separating the two halves. Now, I have just started using this toy so as for whether or not its a battery guzzler, I'm not so sure. I'm not sure I'll ever run out though since this is definitely not the first toy I'll be running to when I get all hot and bothered. On a scale of 1-10 I'd give this ball a score of a 5 for pleasure. The 3 speeds this vibe offers are not bad, they increase in intensity with each push of the control button as well as turns off. Unfortunately, there are no settings for patterns.

Although the vibes are a pretty good intensity, it's the size of the Pleasure Ball that ruins all the fun! And like I mentioned before, without the ability to pinpoint where I'd like to feel the vibrations most is really a killer when you just want to get to the point and cum. On another note, my boyfriend seems to enjoy it when it's used as a back massager and it does feel pretty good when used as a foot massager. I like to roll it under my feet with the vibes on high while on the carpet or a towel. I have plantar fasciitis which is a very painful foot....thing, and this does pretty well in relieving it so I guess not all is lost.

The Pleasure Ball is definitely not a quiet toy, in fact when trying to figure out how to enjoy this toy I was very distracted with all the noise it made. My boyfriend also agrees, he said he could actually hear it down the hallway, with the bedroom door open. On a scale 1-10 I'd have to rate the noise level at least an 8.

The Pleasure Ball is very easy to clean and maintain. Just use some warm soapy water to wipe it down and voila! It is compatible for use with both water based and silicone lube, whichever you prefer.
As for storage, I like to keep mine in a cloth drawstring bag along with my other toys in my toy box.
