Rock'em Sock'em, Ow!
The Rock Chick was designed on gentle, rocking motions. Made out of solid silicone, the hooked end of this toy is intended to dig into your g-spot while the upper ribbed portion sits directly against your clitoris. However, what works for some, does not work for all. Every woman is built differently and the Rock Chick does not accommodate all anatomies.Published: June 21, 2009
Pros:
Solid, phthalates-free silicone.
Cons:
Rigid, hard to manipulate, barely there vibrations.
Experience
"So I went back into my bedroom and tried to emulate what I saw. It didn't work for me. Every time I'd thrust my hips forward the hooked end would bump against my cervix as opposed to my g-spot and become increasingly more and more uncomfortable. With each movement the clitoral part of the toy would not sit directly against my clit resulting in, barely being able to feel the vibrations."

What type of battery does your rock chick require?
-
Mine take 1 N sized battery but several reviews state theirs take watch batteries. Mine runs on the RO-80mm Bullet which is slightly pointed at the end and longer than your usual bullet. The Rocks Off site still says it uses 1 N battery but I think something has changed..

Don't have one, but those things looke pretty sweet.

if yours came with an RO-80mm Bullet, it should be an N sized battery. the Naughty Boy by rocks off that i just got came with the same bullet. in the product pics on EF, it looks like it comes/came with a silver bullet, which takes the small watch batteries. most likely they decided to get a better bullet, which is what you have =)

Thank you for viewing Rock-chick massager kit – g-spot and clitoral vibrator review page!

Whoa, my forum post is linked here.. and the way it's linked looks like crap but that has nothing to do with your review. I think the Rock chick is ESPECIALLY dependent on anatomy. And while I've used it and liked it, I've also used it and hated it. It's like I have to relearn it every time and it takes more work than I'd like. I haven't used it in forever because the battery died and I'm pretty sure I was on the verge of my first G-spot O. Not even kidding. -sobs-
Ugh, that's it, I won't ever be wanting this.
I like the R80 bullet, but I'm glad I didn't get this toy! I will stick with my we-vibe.
Good review!
Adriana, I'm sorry to hear that! I've been there and I completely sympathize.
I gave the Rock Chick more than its fair share of times to impress me. It failed over and over again. I think my body is just totally wrong for this toy. My vaginal canal seemed too short and I've never had that issue before. This toy was uncomfortable, misshapen, and just plain--------- wrong.
Wrong seems to be the theme here.
Epiphora, lol. I'm glad I could solidify your decision but I wish I had, had a positive experience. Some people love this, I'm just one of the many that hate it. Who knows, maybe you'd have a different experience?
Sammi, the We-Vibe is a lot smaller but it's designation was for couple's sex... comparatively, the Rock Chick and We-Vibe have the same amount of power but the We-Vibe is more versatile and a lot more comfortable... But also twice the price. For solo sex, the Rock Chick does anything but rock.
I think the last time I wanted one of these was in 2006, before I had figured out where and how my g-spot worked. Now the Rock Chick just looks like some dolt's clumsy fingers to me.
Great review, now I know for sure!
I'm glad I could help ya out, Squirtie.
no vibrations
Thanks
Thank you for the honest review! I was a little skeptical of the anatomy of this toy, and I see now that it was with good reason. The bend is so sharp!
Thank you for the review. It sounds very frustrating.
thank you!
