I loved the mp3 options. Allowing my music, the stuff I like, to dictate the vibrations from the Naughtibod. It's a unique experience and one I highly recommend. But it's also a toy that can be used without the mp3 and with or without a partner. Either way, it's a great ride!

Use

The Naughtibod is certainly naughty. But it also rocks your socks off. The vibrations to the music make this vibrator extraordinary and the fact that this can be used without is a double plus. There are multiple settings of vibration even as a stand-alone. It can be used with a partner or without, though I prefer the music accessory without. Otherwise it would be a little exclusionary in my opinion. But it is marketed for you alone. Even so, without the mp3 player it's still out of this world. I highly recommend the Naughtibod. Highly. Not submersible.

Additionally, OhMiBod has a warranty on their products for one year. If it breaks within the first year, they will replace it free of charge as long as you can provide proof of purchase. They fulfill this warranty. My Naughtibod stopped working after 10 months and they sent me a new one within days, across the border from the US to Canada, free of charge, no questions asked. They get a HUGE thumbs up.

Material / Texture

The texture of the Naughtibod is smooth plastic (at least I think it's plastic) with an almost velvet like feel. Very silky feeling. There is no taste or smell that I could detect. The texture is good for anyone. It isn't very thick which makes it great for beginners.

Design / Shape / Size

I like the size of the Naughtibod. It's not too long and it's not too thick. It's good for beginners and more advanced users. The shape is great both when left in place and when moved. I found my physical response to be very intense either way. It is easy to transport and comes with it's own custom pouch. The only downside is that the pouch is bright pink. And the vibe comes in fun colours.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The Naughtibod functions beautifully and performs well. The vibrations range from very mild to very intense, well-spaced out to rapid. The vibrations are located throughout the entire shaft. The controls are very easy to use with either end. If you are using the mp3 end, you simply control it by plugging in the mp3 and listening to your tunage while playing. If you are using the plain end, there are two buttons. One is shaped like a triangle and the other a circle. The triangle helps you select which vibration preset you want, and the circle stops the vibrator. It's not the quietest toy, but it's also not the loudest and I wasn't distracted by the sound. In fact, at times, you don't hear it at all.

Care and Maintenance

I would completely suggest toy wipes with this vibe. It's easy to clean with soap and water, but you want to be very sure you don't get the mechanisms wet. I store it in it's original box in the pouch. It's also compatible with other toys. It works beautifully with water based lubes (I haven't tried any others).

Packaging

There is more than adequate instructions included in the package. It is boxed with two sets of batteries (bonus), the pouch, two ends for the vibrator (one music, one basic), and the double ended cord for the mp3 and music end. The box is sealed and the fit of the items inside with the plastic carrier is tight. There is no chance of anything moving around. And packaging is minimal. You can use the box as a gift, but there is still the part on top that is used for display which will most likely get in the way. I do currently use the box for storage. The packaging is not really discreet given the bright colours.

Personal comments

I'm not generally big on vibrators, but the Naughtibod well surpassed my expectations. It was recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend it as well. This vibrates at so many frequencies and the option to have it match your music is fantastic. It's a completely different experience to have that. It puts you in your own little world of pleasure and the world outside is kept at bay. It provides a nice little oasis.

Experience

I've used it both alone (with mp3) and with my partner (without). It was fantastic either way. Solo, it provides almost like another world. The sensations and the music were sublime. With my partner we use it with another toy as well (not always) and it still does the job beautifully. It provided an excellent boost to go with the fun.
Follow-up commentary
I still love the Naughtibod. It does a fantastic job for solo play. I still find the fact that I can be in my own sensate world, with my favourite music and the rhythmic vibrations of the vibe, fantastic. There are others that have more oomph vibration-wise and are thicker or otherwise specialised, but I love Naughtibod for the job it claims to do: music and vibrations synchronised. There really isn't anything to add, as my opinion of it really does remain the same. It's a worthwhile investment.

    • I was hard set on the Naughtibod until I saw that the Freestyle was rechargeable! I feel that that would save a lot of money and hassle with the batteries in the long run! Which do you think is better? The textured, corded, battery powered one or the textureless, cordless, rechargeable (But was more$$$) one?

      I'd go with the rechargeable. Seems like you'd get more quality for your buck, seeing as you wouldn't have to keep using batteries and all.
