Rough Fingerless Gloves.

While these are beautiful gloves, they are very uncomfortable. I'd say for the price you could try them out and find out for yourself, but I wouldn't waste the money again.

extremely useful review
I had been looking for awhile for a pair of lace fingerless gloves. When I saw these on EF I was overjoyed. Sadly I was very let down with these. They came in a very unflattering package. If I saw these in a store I probably wouldn't have given them a second glance. Even the photo on the tag isn't as flattering as the photo shown in the description online. They come in a plastic sleeve with cardboard in each glove.

While these gloves are gorgeous to look at, and look decent on, the feel of these make them impossible to wear. The lace is so very rough. Even pulling them off of the cardboard they came on was uncomfortable. I only wore them for a few minutes to get photos of them on and my hands were terribly itchy. After removing the gloves, my skin is still irritated and red. Not only are these gloves itchy, they are rather large in the palm area. I am aware that I have thin hands. I wear a size 5 ring. The finger areas on the gloves were tight on my fingers! So I doubt someone with larger fingers would find these comfortable. I also think that the fingerless parts of these gloves may be too long for people with shorter fingers. I have very long fingers, and these fit exactly like the photo showed in the product details.

Now these gloves do seem to be well made. When putting on the gloves some of the lace got caught on my fingernail and didn't snag, which I was surprised. I see no holes in them straight out of the package, and they are pretty durable if you tug on them. The only stretchy area on the gloves is on the cuff. The rest of the gloves has no give to it.

I'm aware that most people wouldn't buy these for everyday wear as I did, but I doubt they'd even work for a night out in a costume. When you rub the gloves between two fingers it feels like sand paper. I'm very upset with this purchase.
