Babydoll and g-string - babydoll and panties set by Coquette - review by SaMiKaY

The Babydoll and G-String from Coquette is quite an exceptional piece. It arrived in a plastic dress cover, on a satin covered hanger (the BEST arrival of any piece of lingerie I've purchased) and had no scent to it. When I took it out of the packaging, it felt like butter in my hands. So soft and satiny!


The mesh part is made of nylon and spandex, it stretches well and, like I said, feels amazing! There is a ruffle along the hem of the piece in the same material as the rest, as well. The sleeves are mesh too, and are adorable cap-sleeves with a ruffle! The cups are padded, but have no underwire which means there is little support for your girls. They are covered in satin which is then covered in beautiful black lace. It closes in the front with one hook and eye that is well hidden. AND there is a removable satin bow to finish it off.

This babydoll also comes with a matching lace over satin g-string.

Because of the materials it is made with, I recommend hand washing in medium heat water with soap, rinsing well, and allowing to air dry.

My overall opinion of this piece is great. I love the way it feels on my body. It is simple to put on and take off (without messing up my hair!) and looks surprisingly good on my plus-sized figure. The man in my life has decided this is his FAVORITE of my lingerie now and I can't blame him.

If I could change something, I would change 2 things. One, more support for mah ta-tas. Two, at least an option for regular underwear instead of a g-string. I, personally, don't like them and think they look ridiculous on large women like myself. I don't wear any that I get with my lingerie and usually end up throwing them away.

This babydoll continues to be a favorite of mine. It makes regular appearances in our bedroom! It has been used several times and has held up well.
