Sex toy, not exerciser

The day that I received these I tried them out. I bought them after reading an erotic story about having then in your vagina while having anal sex. Well I was thrilled when I tried them out. They move very well inside of you. I mostly use them during anal play, so that my vagina is stimulated also. But I also enjoy them being the center of play. I like to use a vibrator on my clit when I am only focussing on vaginal play.
It was quick and easy to insert and remove them. Although, once after taking a bath I needed a small squirt of lubricant to insert them, which wasn't a big deal. I recommend just using a light water based lubricant. I was a little scared when I first used them that they would fall out, but I haven't had an issue during sex with keeping them in. I find it easiest to lay on my back when I am playing with my clit or on all fours for doggy style, that keeps them in better as opposed to a more acrobatic position.
I always rinse them off before and after using them and always squirt them with a sex toy disinfectant. I found the package them came in to be flimsy, I keep them in a small cloth back in my sex toy drawer, however, if I pull the drawer out I can hear them click, so I sometimes keep them inside of a sock inside of the cloth bag.
However, I read that they would be used to actually strengthen your pelvic floor muscles during every day activity. I however tried using them, and didn't find it comfortable to use them during anything other than sexual play. They were hard to keep inserted while walking around, and if they fall out you have to go wash them off and reinsert them. I just wasn't fond of the idea.

I have come to like my Ben Wa Balls better. They have become easier to adjust to. They aren't as hard to keep in.

Thanks for the review! Do you think think they're hard to keep in because they're too heavy, big, etc? Or do you think they require above average kegel strength to hold?
I feel like they are heavy inside of me when I'm standing up, the feeling like they are about to fall out is just very uncomfortable for me, so that is why I don't like them. I've had them fall out a couple times, but it is mostly because I forget that they are in there unless I'm constantly moving.
What are they made of? Steel? Other?
They are metal, but I'm not sure what type of metal.

all you do to get them out is squat and they'll fall right out (: or put a finger in and pull it out.

I've been planning on getting these after searching for about a year to try and find the right ones, but I'd be super disappointed if they wouldn't stay in. Does it seem that they're too small or too heavy to stay in? I've read good things, but some say they can't get them to stay in. I think I'm honestly going to find a couple of marbles test them out and then make my decision! Lol HaHa. Yep, I don't screw around when it comes to wasting money on something. Lol
