We're writing this review as a couple because its the first vibrator we've had that we're both effectively using at the same time, and even though it can be used solo, it is definitely best used for couple's play. The We-Vibe 2 is definitely a game-changer. No matter what complaints we may have about it, it is like nothing we've had before. I'm a 24-year old man, and my beautiful girlfriend and I have been together about a year, and have used a lot of toys, but none have been so simple and effective to integrate into our lovemaking as the We-Vibe II. When its working properly, its almost an extension of ourselves, a perfect thing to tack onto regular sex, like a vibrating cock-ring, but much much better.

Its vibrations lean more toward the "rumbly" side of the spectrum, which are felt well in the g-spot, because they penetrate the vaginal wall better to reach the nerve endings and Skene's glands. This also keeps it from making you numb, as some "buzzy" vibration sometimes can. It doesn't always have the perfect angle on the clitoris however, and there really isn't a way to adjust the angle except having it more or less deeply inserted in the vagina. even if its not as powerful as a vibrator strictly meant for one purpose. Don't get me wrong though, when I say its not the most powerful, I'm comparing it to much bigger toys; compared to other high-end toys, like Lelo, it packs a bigger punch for its size.

However, the vibrations don't always feel as good directly against a hard penis, and if used for missionary position, the vibration is against the less-sensitive upper part of the penis. Positions like "doggy-style", "reverse cowgirl" and variations, where the bottom of the penis are being stimulated by the we-vibe will probably feel best for most men, but in those positions, the g-spot may not be as stimulated, because the penis will be angled away from the We-Vibe.

The We-Vibe II is amazingly enjoyable in use, but is far from perfect: Because the insertable portion is rounded on both sides, it often slips to the side during sex, which can be uncomfortable, or at least reduce g-spot stimulation. The bridge between sections is very flexible, which is good. However, the size of the external half can get in the way, especially for man-on-top positions like missionary, where it can painfully push against her pubic bone.

If I were designing the We-Vibe 4, I'd have a concave area to keep it in place next to the penis, and an area that cups the clitoris, and have the "bridge" be adjustable in size, maybe making both sections wider, flatter, and the exterior part shorter.

However, the biggest problem we've had it CHARGING it. It says to charge it for 24 hours before use, but ours came charged and we were too excited to use it to wait. Every time since then, its battery life has been short and it doesn't keep a charge; we charged it for 24 hours, then didn't use it, and the next day, it didn't have any charge; Hopefully this is just a defective item, or its possible we may not have fully inserted the charger, but only because it's so hard to do so through the small silicone hole, which it's hard to align with, and the charger can go fully into the toy without actually being in the charging hole. Also, the button is hard to push because the insides of the toy are not completely flush against the silicone outside. Since it is high-grade silicone, it is able to be completely sterilized, but since it is not waterproof on the side it charges on, you have to be careful and can't clean it by immersion or using the dishwasher

That being said, this is an extremely fun and enjoyable toy, orgasmic for some, but even if its not enough to make you come, it'll definitely add a little "buzz" to any couple's sex lives.
