Great tool for vaginal muscle tightening but difficult to use for beginners. A vaginal exerciser with a string of some sort would probably be easier for beginners. I love it for a multi-purpose vaginal exerciser.

Definitely work, but not overly different from regular kegel clenching exercises. Better for a novice. Nice to have a temperature control option.

If you've tried other kegel exercisers and want to give something different a try, these Silver Balls are a nice and inexpensive way to try out vaginal balls. They're easy to insert, though I had a hard time keeping them in. They can also be used during sex, just don't expect too much from these tiny little balls!

Overall, I'll give them a 4. Beautiful, well designed, easy to clean, and fun for temperature play. Just could have been bigger.

At this price and level of quality, these traditional Ben Wa balls are a must have. They come in a cute little storage box, they don't "look" like a sex toy, the price is perfect, they're easy to sterilize, and they actually do what they are intended to do! Perfection.

This item is definitely worth the small amount of money they cost. They are affordable, easy to clean, and once you get the hang of keeping them in they work very quickly; you will be amazed at the results.

I don't think these are exciting enough to warrant a purchase! I think if you want to build up your vaginal muscles, Kegel exercises or the pod-like toys they make would be better.

These balls are affordable, feel great, are easy to clean, and presented nicely. I would prefer if they came with instructions, as I can’t actually tell if I am using them correctly. But at least they are very pleasurable to use, so kegel exercises become more fun.☺
