The Mini-Pearlessence- traditional vibrator is a diamond in the rough. With a multi-speed dial control, it allows the user to adjust his or her intensity according to preference or mood. Because of the simple design of this vibrator, it’s great for both genders and is a good starter toy for beginners.

Made out of plastic, this vibrator has a material safety rating of 8 and is made out of a food-grade material. The plastic used with the Mini-Pearlessence is an at least partially synthetic polymer. Polymer is found in many of our plastics and other popular products most of us use in our day-to-day lives. In addition to being made out of such a popular and safe material, this vibrator is latex and phthalates free as well as being hypo-allergenic.

The texture of the Mini-Pearlessence is hard and smooth. This toy is made out of plastic; however, it is still somewhat porous. While it is safe for alternating between vaginal and anal play, remember to use a condom or disinfect your toy between uses.

The Mini-Pearlessence has a simple, tapered shape. The body isn’t curved, however with a circumference of 4 inches and a diameter of 1 ¼ inches, it is decently sized. Though, the straight design of the Mini-Pearlessence is not optimal for g-spot stimulation. This vibrator is 4 1/2 inches long with the majority of it able to be inserted up to the black control base. In addition to its size, this vibrator is light weight and only weighs 1/8 of a pound.

With a dial base, this vibrator is multispeed. By turning the dial gently in one direction, you can speed up the vibrations while turning it completely in the other direction turns it off. This toy has no on/off switch; however the dial function is sensitive to the touch so turning it on and off likely will not pose a problem for the anxious user or users. However, the dial should be handled with care as it can easily break off and is not repairable. The Mini-Pearlessence only requires one AA battery to work, and one battery seems to last a considerable amount of time. Another bonus to this is that you can use a rechargeable battery with this vibrator.

Because of this toy’s features, it has a safety rating of 8. While it is necessary to be careful since the Mini-Pearlessence is not waterproof, it can still be cleaned with antibacterial soap and hot water. However, this vibrator can also be wiped down with isopropyl alcohol or by using one of the many antibacterial toy cleaners available on edenfantasys. Despite the fact that this toy is plastic, it still isn’t completely non-porous and you really need to use a condom when sharing. However, because of the material, you can use your favorite water, oil or silicone based lubricants to enhance your experience!

One downside to the Mini-Pearlessence is the packaging. While the vibrator was sufficiently secure, the overall product packaging wasn’t very aesthetically pleasing. The package is somewhat molded to the vibrator with a cardboard backing that provides an image and information. Like many adult toys I’ve encountered, the product packaging isn’t reusable and has to be discarded once opened. Despite the limited use and unremarkable packaging, it is sufficient at keeping the Mini-Pearlessence safe when being shipped.

Personally, I love my little Mini-Pearlessence. It’s just slightly large on its own and I enjoy the ability to adjust the dial. This is my second Mini-Pearlessence. My first one broke (on vacation nonetheless!) due to the sensitivity of the dial control. So, I strongly encourage being mindful of the fragility of the dial when you use it. This wasn’t enough to stop me from purchasing another one and writing a review on it. Usually it isn’t a toy that can stand alone, but it is still a pleasant addition to my toy chest and can be a bit of a positive addition to your sexual play.
