SinFive Emigi: Cute, Comfortable, Clean.

The SinFive Emigi is so advanced that for the money, it is well worth the price. It is fun to hold, a breeze to put in and take out, it really excels beyond my expectations. My husband even likes that I am using it. It comes in a variety of colours for you to choose from and it's so easy to care for, what's not to like? The fact that it's anti-microbial is a home-run hit as far as I am concerned.

Use

The Sinfive Emigi is a wonderful little invention used to strengthen your kegel muscles. This is especially beneficial to women who want to provide more pleasure to their partners during intercourse, have more intense orgasms and those who are getting older and are losing control of themselves. Ever have that moment where you are laughing so hard you pee a little? Yeah, when you get older, your pelvic muscles start to weaken.

The SinFive Emigi is a great little device you insert into the vagina and work your kegels as you walk around going about your day. It's smooth texture and smallish size makes this the perfect thing for beginners to kegels to the advanced. I found this very easy to insert and remove.

Take Emigi on a trip, no one is going to know what this is for unless they are a woman like yourself.

Material / Texture

Emigi is made out of non-toxic, soft elastomer or WTP. It is 100% non-porous so you don't have to worry about anything seeping in, is latex and phthalate free. I didn't notice any odor coming out of the package nor when I sniffed it up close or any taste.

The Emigi is quite firm and hollow. It has two weighted balls, one in each bulging side. It has a seam in the centre where the two colours come together so I imagine if you stepped on it, it would be toast. Other than that, it feels very well made and sturdy.

It's very smooth and velvety to the touch. I find this is very helpful for easy insertion of the exerciser. The ease of insertion alone makes the Emigi perfect for anyone new to kegel exercises to those who have more experience. It's perfect for women who are extremely busy and don't want the fuss of making sure balls or larger exercisers are getting in there correctly or at all.
    • No odor
    • Not porous at all
    • Smooth

Design / Shape / Size

When I saw this over at my friend's place I thought, "I HAVE to have one!" It's so pretty and cute. The SinFive Emigi comes in five different colours:
Fuchsia, Purple, Black, Pink, and Red with white ends. I find the shape to be aesthetically pleasing and functional.

It's smaller than other kegel exercisers so it goes in nicely and sits better in your vaginal canal. It's so easy to use novices would have no problem. I find my vagina is more than willing to accept it without the use of lube. I just insert it like I would a tampon. It seems to be staying in just fine for me, I don't even notice it's in there.

When I want to remove it, it's really very simple. It has a thick cord made out of the same material attatched to the coloured end that I simply pull on like I would a tampon to evacuate it from my vagina. It's THAT easy. The cord is comfortable against my body while I wear it. It only sticks out about an inch and a half but that may vary depending on your body shape. The Emigi measures 2 and a half inches long with the cord being 4 inches long. It is 3 and 3 quarters at it's largest circumference.

This exerciser can be taken anywhere. It doesn't look conspicuous at all. It would be mistaken for a cat toy or a hair curler before anything sexual. That is, unless it's seen by a woman who uses these types of things. Even then, it's quite unique in look. It's very small so it can be transported in your luggage or even your make-up bag. As long as it is in a baggy of it's own, it should be fine.

Performance

I really like the way the Emigi sits in my body. It's almost like it is supposed to be there. I know my kegels are working because if I relax my vaginal muscles, I can feel it drop a bit.

The fact that it is so small and easy to carry with me is such a bonus. I can use it whenever, wherever I want. I can exercise my kegels when I am shopping, doing chores, walking the dog, gardening. It's just so discreet that I can wear it without anyone knowing, except my husband of course. He seems to get all hot and bothered by the fact that he knows there is something up my coochie. That has ended in some hot love-making sessions! It's like our little secret, my secret to a more pleasurable pussy for him and myself.

When I shake it, I can hear the balls inside rattle but it's not audible at all when it's inside my vagina.
    • Comfortable
    • Discreet sound
    • Easy to use

Care and Maintenance

I have found this exerciser to be very easy to care for. It has an anti-microbial property to it so that means it's germ resistant. This means bacteria cannot grow on the Emigi. It's still a good idea and recommended by myself and the company to wash it before and after every use using warm water and mild soap.
Do NOT boil, wash it in hot water or in the dishwasher. This can damage the anti-microbial properties of this product.

Once you have cleaned it you can pat it dry and store it in a ziplock, a satin bag as it picks up a bit of pet fur and fuzz or in the small package it came in.

If you require the use of lube to insert it inside your vagina, you are safe to use water based, silicone or gel based lubes. It is advised against using oil based lube with Emigi.
    • Easy to clean
    • Easy to store

Packaging

My SinFive Emigi arrived in a small clear plastic package that resembles a gift bag from a wedding. On the front the exerciser is pictured with a beautiful orchid and it says the company name and product name and that it is a kegel exerciser. For the most part it is discreet as most people don't know what kegel means and that font is considerably smaller than the others.

The plastic itself in non-recyclable but is small enough that you can keep to store your Emigi in.

Inside there is a folded pamphlet of instructions and information about the Emigi telling you how to care for it and all about the anti-microbial property. There are also a few pictures of other SinFive products you can purchase.
    • Good for storage
    • Very informative

Personal comments

It makes me very wet as I have noticed. That is definitely not a bad thing but I have had to make sure I am wearing panties now as I used to not really wear them all that much. I haven't had any pleasureful feelings from using the Emigi but it makes me focus on that area of my body which can't be a bad thing. The more I focus on that area, the more my husband reaps the rewards!
Follow-up commentary
I still use this often enough but I plan on getting a heavier one soon. The reason for this being that I find it almost too comfortable. I forget it is in there, and I think I may have strengthened my muscles as best I can with the Emigi. I am still very happy with it and perhaps it will come in handy again after my baby is born.

Very nice review! I have only ever used the traditional "balls" for kegel toning and tightening, so perhaps I'll have to give this little thing a whirl.

I like my Luna beads because they have the option to get heavier and you can feel the balls moving around. Something to consider if you're looking for a new set

  • Do you get cramps with Emigi?
    • I've noticed that when I use the Emigi kegel exerciser, I have very mild cramps. Gas anyone else noticed this, or am I just crazy?

Could it be touching your cervix and irritating it?

  • Kegel exercisers
    • Which is the best kegel exerciser? I've read good things about the sinfive emigi and luna pleasure beads and hte ami system. I would like some opinions on hte best one. I've had two children vaginally so it's probably about time I start toning things up.
    • As a male I find the Pure Plug anal toys from Njoy to be good for doing kegels. I suppose if you were a woman you could do a DP kegel routine!(nerd)
    • The Emigi seems like a great way to start! I really like my Loa, but they're kind of large! The Ami seems like the best (but is a bit pricey) because you get 3 and can steadily increase the difficulty!

  • Why is it only safety rating 8?
    • The material section says that it is non porous, phthalates free, and anti-bacterial, so why is the safety rating only an 8? I bought this and the g-ki for my birthday and they are arriving today, but I just became worried that I might have a yeast infection or something. I'm so disappointed that I might have to wait to use my new toys, but I don't think it is safe to use them if I have one, right? I don't want to contaminate my toys?

    • You can't boil it! Toys that you can boil get a higher safety rating!

  • Am I using Emigi right?
    • I just got this and I've used it for a couple of days. I feel nothing. Absolutely nothing when it's in me. The only time I do is when I have it placed closer to my vaginal opening and the feeling isn't pleasurable and the thing slips out. How far in is this toy supposed to go? And am I supposed to feel it or is it still going to work if I don't?

I believe it sits right inside - I tried it closer to my opening too but it was mighty uncomfy. I felt the exact same as you. Emigi does NOTHING for me. It's like I'm not even using it. In my opinion, it's useless. But a lot of people love it.
It was my first kegel toy and I was disappointed.

But then I bought the Lelo Luna Beads which are pricey but SOOOOOOO worth it.
Any slight movement and you will feel the internal balls moving with ease! They are fabulous (inlove)
I find the girdle is too long for me so I just use one of the balls inserted on it's own. I cut the string off mine cause I find them easy to push out using ya muscles. One day I must try inserting 2 balls, but I'm not sure there's enough room to have both in, for me.

If you want to feel the internal balls moving around, I highly suggest Luna Beads! I LOVE mine.

Thanks, but the last thing I will do is spend more money on something that may not work. Besides, the Luna beads are too big for me. I've never had anything bigger than 4 inches in circumference in me so that's my limit.

If I put Emigi in and gently pull on the string to get it to move a little more down, I can feel some pressure and it feels pretty good. It also doesn't fall out unless the tail end is further towards my vaginal opening.

I don't know if it's all because I'm too loose or my muscles are too weak, but I am hoping that with a little more practice, I will get this thing to work.

  • SinFive Emigi Kegel Improvements
    • So I was ready another review of the SinFive Emigi and am thinking of getting this for my wife. Obviously the purpose of it is to strengthen your kegels so I thought it might be good to make an area where those that have used it can post back about how it has or hasn't helped them.

I almost didn't get the Emigi because several things I read said about it being for beginners. I dont feel like a beginner,..but I guess I am because it can slip out on me on occasion,...so I guess I have kegel work to do,..... but two 9 lbs babies will do that ;-) Feels good, comfortable

  • WTP or Elastomer?
    • I sat down this evening and wanted to write a review of my Emigi, and started to read carefully the instructions, where it said it was made of elastomer. However, in the product description, it says it is made of WTP, which a type of thermoplastic.

I can only see Sinfive products that fall in that material category, and I was wondering if it called WTP by Edenfantasys because it has those antimicrobial properties and received a bonus point in the material safety scale (8 for WTP, and 7 for Elastomer)? I'm asking because some of you know that I write product sheet about materials on my blog, and I'm not to sure how to deal with that material. It looks like I could include a note about WTP in a main page about 'Elastomer', but I'd like to make sure i would be correct. However, I can't find what it stands for, and if anyone knew, it would really be helpful.
    • I'm not sure... but I would try contacting the manufacturer. Furthermore, I would always go with the information provided with the toy rather than on a website where someone might input the wrong info.
    • oh... I just realized what WTP was.... What The Pfuck!? Okay, that was lame, but I crack myself up.

  • It Looks So Cute And Tiny!
    • I can't help it, i want one. But... only 1 review? Will there be more? Who has one? I'm just kinda disappointed there's no blue one. The pictures make the purple one seem dark, but others have shown it to be lighter and more blueish. Anyone have the plum one and can tell for sure what it looks like?

I also like the fact it's small and less intimidating than smart balls, which I have always debated getting. For a decent price and a small compact shape, I might have to get these and see what all this kegal exercising is all about. :P

Anyone else gonna pick one of these little peanuts up? :P (It looks like a peanut to me, lol.)
