Vivid's swirl marble vibrator - traditional vibrator by Doc Johnson - review by SelectZen

When my partner first ordered the Swirl Marble vibe, I was excited. Although we have an extensive collection of toys between us, we realised that we didn’t own a simple little plastic vibrator like this one. Despite its low price, when it arrived I was pleased to see how nice the packaging was. It was a simple plastic box with the name of the product and just a faint image of a woman standing on the back of it, not over the top or completely tasteless.


The product itself looks wonderful. We chose the red one but it also comes in coral, purple, pink and blue. It has a marble effect running through it which makes it look a lot fancier than its price tag. It is made of plastic, which means it conducts vibrations very well making it a strong toy for its size. We actually bought another toy with this order and it was powered with two AA batteries as opposed to the one it takes to power the swirl marble vibe. But to be honest, there was little appreciable difference in the strength of the two as the other was made of a material that absorbs some of the vibration. Additionally, it being made of plastic means it is safe to use with any type lubricant and is easily cleaned with warm water and soap or alternatively a special sex toy cleaner. This toy is not waterproof so be careful not to submerge it when cleaning.

As for the vibrations... Well, as I mentioned it is quite powerful for a smaller toy and not terribly loud either, which makes it friendly to those in shared accommodation - It is operated using a turning dial on the base which gives it a little variety in the strength of vibrations.

This toy is a great little purchase and if you were already making a big order, it is well worth adding one on for the small price tag. The marble effect makes it look beautiful and the incredible ease of operation makes it practical. It is far from the best toy you will ever buy but a great smaller vibe.
